I've been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing! To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.

My experience was very similar to another recent reviewer. First, when I arrived to the location, the owner was eating lunch at the front desk which is unprofessional. I was quickly taken to a massage room. The room was a biohazard. There was an old washcloth on the face cradle, but not completely covering it. The face cradle was filthy and smelled like a public bus seat. There was makeup smeared all over the walls for some reason. The sheets felt super cheap. The massage therapist entered the rooming coughing and REEKED of cigarette smoke! It was as if this guy had smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in his car with the windows up immediately prior to the massage. While I enjoy a deep tissue massage, this was ridiculous, he was just putting his entire weight on my spine. it was like his focus was oddly on bone and not muscle. Nothing felt good, not in the least. I tried to tell him to ease up and he went deeper. I want to say he doesn't speak any English at all but I think it might be an act. At one point he laughed a little and said, "Wowwww you so strong!" this made me think he understood English and was just seeing how much nonsense I could take. He started tugging on my right arm, hard and injured my right shoulder! I have struggled to use it since that day. Eventually I just said that's it, no more, done! He just walked out. Not only did they knead every piece of my body, but they stretched me out as well. They even used the hot stones to work out kinks even further. I will say, the lack of walls did cause me a bit of unease, and 50 min into a 60 min massage my therapist changed from a woman to a man. They then offered 30 additional minutes which we took for the relaxation. I knew right then cost was going to get funky. The extra 30 minutes included a foot massage, which I hadn't experienced one as complex as that. When it was time to check out, 30 minutes for two came up to $80 additional dollars. When I tried to point out the Groupon cost the lady made it out like I was getting a deal. I was not. With tip, I spent double what I expected. Was it worth it, you ask. Meh.
