They require you to pay a deposit for your time slot. And arrive early for your appointment to fill out paperwork. Prior to we had a discussion about what I needed - post op lymphatic massage. Crystal clear. And she knew I was driving from Fort Lauderdale. A 40 min drive each way. I arrived early, filled out the paperwork and waited. A staff member came out and made sure that I had completed the paperwork. She said nothing further. A few minutes later she comes out and asks what kind of massage I need? I said I'm schedule for lymphatic. Some mysterious looks from her, a short disappearance. I figure it out, no one is there to do that. I ask how long do I have to wait? Staff member replies, I don't know, she's not responding blah blah. Finally after 20 minutes she tells me the massuesse had a personal problem. I get it but she knew long before my appointment that she was not going to be there today - and I get no recourse from them, but roles reversed they would have kept my deposit. Ten minutes down the road, the masseuses found the time in crisis to text and ask me when I wanted to reschedule? I'm, never, a half of tank of gas and an hour later and 25 minutes later. read more

Received a massage from Deyanira, I would definitely not recommend them for post op it was very uncomfortable and extremely aggressive. I was literally in tears for an hour long I just wouldn't recommend the experience was not comfortable or relieving at all she wasn't bilingual as well so there was absolutely no communication or attempt to communicate. I called on Monday for an appt. I spoke with a Lucy and she informed me that my appt would be at 10am. 15 mins for paperwork and my massage would start at 10:15. She then texted me a link that advised me to pay a deposit via cash app or Venmo to reserve the reservation. I paid via Venmo the next day. I arrive for my massage on Wednesday morning, no one in the front to greet me. I see paperwork on a desk so I start filling that out. The therapist walks about another client and asks me my name and informs me no appt. I call Lucy and she responds that I never called her back and that I needed to make the deposit within 30mins. None of that was said on the phone or was in the booking instructions in the text message. She asks me to wait while she tries to get another therapist. I am at the facility for almost 30mins at that point. I call back and she informs me that she cannot get another therapist and to come back in the afternoon. I said I can't do that because of my kids. She goes on to insinuate that it's my fault and that she for sure told me 30mins. My thing is that information should be included with booking instructions. Additionally, why accept the money for the deposit if I don't have appointment? I am 3 weeks post op from a major surgery and you are sitting her arguing with me about an appt that you failed to provide with proper information instead of apologizing and making it right. I was going to purchase a package. You need to revise your booking policies and procedures and be clear about what they are so people's time is not wasted. Have some consideration for us girls coming out of surgery. This place was closer to home but I will drive further and pay more to avoid the inconsiderate manner in which I was treated today. Yiter is the BEST hands down she is literally a gem , her professionalism is impeccable. My experience at Sapphire after lipo Therapy has been amazing. I went to get a lymphatic drainage massage because I was in pain and ver uncomfortable. Dania assured me everything would be ok and answered every question and/or doubt in my mind relating to the healing process. She is very knowledgeable and clearly understands the lymphatic system and how it works. After my first visit I felt much better. Dania not only has the ultrasound machine for lymphatic drainage , she also has a cavitation machine and radio frequency machine which make your results that much better. Her techniques and skills are amazing and I am great fun for having had her help in my healing process. On top of being very personable, Dania has magical hands.
