She will ask on your expectations and she knows how to target the tense shoulders! She is firm but won't leave you sore. Oh! With my facial service last week with Claudia I mentioned to her if any services that could be added for my sore feet. She recommended the "Foot Treatment" that targets tired soles and restore step. That includes a foot scrub, massage with lotion. ( totally helped me) I would recommend as an added service. Back to Massages... well I have upgraded my massages with CBD oil , aromatherapy, hot stones (amazing) . Highly recommend adding the mini or the Himalayan Salt Stone. Feels so healing! At the end of the service you are offered water or tea. The front desk girls are friendly. Parking free and plenty near the front door. Also they have accommodating hours Sunday-Saturday 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. So it works with busy schedules and preferences on the relaxation time. For the record, I never gave anyone an attitude, never raised my voice, and was never disrespectful. It's perfectly normal for someone to ask how long! But what is not normal is the lack of remorse the doctor gives only about herself I could sue her I wanted to for the nasty comments she made! but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional and uncalled for and they made me feel sad! After they hurt my feelings! I will never return to this place, and I will make sure others know how deceitful they are. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

Desperate, I began my lymphatic drainages with sapphire therapy one month ago. I had received 4 massages in another place here in Miami, but I did not see advances, the pain and the imflammation were not ending after 4 weeks of the surgery, therefore I looked on the Internet and fortunately I found to this gem. The first time that I spoke with Natasha I felt that I had come to the right place, I was surprised by her knowledge about the recovery after a tummy tuck. The staff in general is very kind especially Dania the therapist who attended me and who is also the owner. Her explanations and her advice helped me greatly throughout this process, for which I confess I was not prepared for mentally, although in the end it has been worth while. I had a tummy tuck on 02/20/2016 and I chose to have my Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Sapphire After Lipo Therapy. I waited one week until my drain's were removed before I started the massage's. I received 10 massage's which was recommended by my Surgeon. I shopped around first, and I got the best price on my package here. I really loved coming here the staff is very friendly the office is very clean. I was in so much pain before I started my first massage but after the first massage I felt so much better. I was scared because I was told the the massage's after a tummy tuck would be very painful (from other people). That was not true I felt no pain at all during my 1 hour massage and they got the swelling down quickly after my first visit here. I got lymphatic massage at Sapphire... 3 weeks after my liposuction and fat transfer surgery. Dania did a great job with me. Oh lord she is really good!!!. I gotta to say that I felt really bad after my surgery because the swelling and pain didn't stop after 3 weeks. I asked to my doctor about it and he recommended me some lymphatic massage sessions, I googled and I found this place in Miami Lakes. My best guess is that the company has changed ownership in the past few years. I have had thousands of massages in my lifetime and this was hands down the worst massage of them all! My experience was very similar to another recent reviewer. First, when I arrived to the location, the owner was eating lunch at the front desk which is unprofessional. I was quickly taken to a massage room. The room was a biohazard. There was an old washcloth on the face cradle, but not completely covering it. The face cradle was filthy and smelled like a public bus seat. There was makeup smeared all over the walls for some reason. The sheets felt super cheap. The massage therapist entered the rooming coughing and REEKED of cigarette smoke! It was as if this guy had smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in his car with the windows up immediately prior to the massage. While I enjoy a deep tissue massage, this was ridiculous, he was just putting his entire weight on my spine. it was like his focus was oddly on bone and not muscle. Nothing felt good, not in the least. I tried to tell him to ease up and he went deeper. I want to say he doesn't speak any English at all but I think it might be an act. At one point he laughed a little and said, "Wowwww you so strong!" this made me think he understood English and was just seeing how much nonsense I could take. He started tugging on my right arm, hard and injured my right shoulder! I have struggled to use it since that day. Eventually I just said that's it, no more, done! He just walked out. He was the worst massage therapist I have ever encountered and I get massages every other week! Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This spot needs Jesus!
