To my surprised, she actually reviewed the sheet and tailored my massage according to the areas I indicated. If you like massages that thoroughly kneads and massage every part of you, then you will not be disappointed with Adrienne. She was a bit hard on me, I tend to like gentle massages because I bruise like a peach. But she told me she had to because I had a lot of tension. She also recommended some exercises and stretches to try, which was really awesome of her. One thing you should note, that her "room" is incredibly tiny. When you get into the building there is a small area with no chairs that you would have to wait for her. She does come out occasionally, but when I went the person before me was over her time by 15 minutes or so and I started freaking out thinking that she thought I was a no show. So, if she is not outside of her "room", then she is with a patient and whatever you do DON'T knock on the door. I felt like she was a bit annoyed when I did that even though she said it was okay.

The appointment was at 5, but the previous massage took about 15 extra minutes so mine started around 5:18, and being me, I was there at 4:45 (on the website it says to come fill some forms, so I went earlier in case that takes unexpected time) so I waited a good amount with no one in the front desk. I was already frustrated by this time. Then around 5:20 we started, Roby first checked out my posture and got some idea of how my body is and gave me some feedback which was nice to know. Then the massage started. I had some lower back pain as well as some stiffness in my neck. I forgot to tell her about the neck but mentioned the lower back. I have no idea what kind of massage I went through, but it was a whole-body surface and some areas in deep tissue. It is an oily massage so expect that in your dressing. Starting from back upper/lower, right hand, left hand, right leg, left leg and flip over and almost the same on front. The massage table is fairly comfortable and the ambient was nice. I think the speaker quality could improve, maybe one of those wireless/Bluetooth Costco sound bars help!? The whole session took about 65 minutes (including some rest at the end) and I was done around 6:25. Roby does not rush the massage and does not compromise. At the end of massage, I was feeling comforted and satisfied even though there were some technical difficulties at the beginning (the ones mentioned above). The doorman was nice and polite. The Men's restroom surprisingly was locked and needed the passkey, so you better think twice if you plan to use the restroom there! When we got there, we were greeted by one staff and directed to a room for two people. When we were ready, two masseuse therapists came in. They didn't ask what kind of massages we wanted and just started working on us. It seemed promising at first when they were warming up, they asked how the pressure was and continued with work. By the half it, the girls just seemed lazy. The rest of the experience they were whispering to each other and giggling. Honestly, It felt like I was just being rubbed down with lotion, my therapist just did light work and added in stretches to make it seem like she did something. We paid $130 per person for an hour rub down. They had us Zelle their manager. For tip, they had the audacity to ask for MORE. Are you kidding?
