I stopped in for a massage today and had a great experience! The front desk gal was very helpful in setting me up with an iPad to fill out forms (yay to them saving paper!) and assisting me through the process. The location is very clean and welcoming. I had my massage with Samantha and it was the perfect amount of massage and distraction as I found that as I talked I relaxed more as she helped iron out the knots in my muscles! She is fantastic! I would save your money! Not sure if different therapist very in their procedure but I enede up with more of a physical therapy session ie. Stretching my limbs rather that a massage. The actual massage part was on one body part and lasted about 10min of an hour deep tissue massage! Also there was a buzzing noise going on the entire time of my massage! My wife signed up for their membership, and for medical reasons, she wanted to cancel the membership. They allow you to transfer the massages to another person for $20. I used one prior to her canceling, but then when she canceled she had another credit left and since she can't use it, I planned to use the other one, which they told me I could do when I was checking out from my last appointment. When I called the week prior to schedule I also mentioned that I would be using her last massage, and they told me the only thing that I'd be responsible for would be the $20 transfer fee and tip. I came in for the massage, and when I went to check out, they told me it would be $100 plus tip, because there is some fine print somewhere that says you can only transfer one every 6 months when they told us multiple times that I could use it. After discussion with the front desk staff and the manager, and explaining how I was told not once, but TWICE, that I would only have to pay the $20 the manager threatened to call the police if I didn't pay the $100. So due to their error, we have already prepaid for my wife's last massage and been charged $100. Complete rip-off. This is the first time in my life anyone has ever threatened to call the police on me. I will NOT be returning, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place. read more

After having been a customer for many years, I am very disappointed with the decision made by MassageLuxe in Carmel to not allow me to utilize the accumulated hours in my account. Prior to Covid, I suspended my account and was allowed 30 days to utilize my hours however the salon was then shut for many weeks. When the salon reopened, we were still under a stay at home order and being 62 years old I was reluctant to book an appointment until the situation stabilized. I then booked two appointments to utilize my hours and was told that my account had been permanently suspended. I will certainly never use this franchise again moving forward. read more

First time here, although I regularly get massages, and absolutely outstanding. Sam did a 60-min deep tissue massage for me and she was amazing. She made sure to focus on the problem areas that we discussed before hand and she even gave me some tips to help manage my pain from home after the session. I finished my trip here with time on the HydroMassage table, giving giving me that extra massage to keep loose. Started my membership up today and definitely look forward to coming back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bought my mother a Gift card and she never used it so she gave it back to me. The gift card was for an intro massage so after my hour massage, I went to pay and they said I still owed the equivalent to what was on the gift card because it wasn't my first there so technically wasn't an intro massage. Then the manager proceeds to be condescending and call me "hunny" AND says for just $10 more I can renew my membership. Are you kidding me?! Definitely will NOT be back!!! read more

Love this place & have recommended it to many friends and coworkers!! The staff here is very welcoming and accommodating. I come here at least once a month for a Swedish massage and have never been disappointed. Being able to use the hydro-massage table as much as I want for my arthritic joints and bad back is worth every penny of the optional monthly membership. I brought my niece here for a prenatal maternity massage and the masseuse was absolutely wonderful! She knew exactly how to massage a pregnant woman and was very knowledgeable as to what you can & cant do. She made sure that my niece was extremely comfortable. I have been a member for at least six months. I am not a massage person, although I LOVE facials. My first visit was from a groupon - and I had a massage, which was LESS THAN optional. The young lady didn't rub either or my feet during a full body massage. It was VERY TEXTbook. I was so dissapointed. I'm surprised that I joined the membership after my first experience, but I did - as i was really interested in Facials - not massages. My next visit (I had accrued a couple of credits) so I scheduled a Facial on a Saturday and a Massage on a Sunday. I had the best facial I've ever had from Karen. Oh My GOSH! It was just amazing. She took her time - she was very focused - she poured her energy into the facial. I remember coming out of the facial and posting on FB - RAVING about Karen and the BEST FACIAL ever. (I'm 58 - so have had many facials). Then on Sunday - I had BEN for a massage - and OH MY GOSH - he changed my opinion about massages. He was so caring and thorough - and made sure I was comfortable. Again, you could just feel his energy and his care of his craft. I was SOLD again - and touted BEN on my facebook page as the BEST massage I've ever received. I've told all of my friends to try Massage Luxe and ask for Karen and Ben. So, today, I visited Massage Luxe again. When I booked my appointment for a facial, I asked for Karen - and was advised that Karen was no longer there, but Amy would be doing my facial and she was JUST AS GOOD AS KAREN. So I arrive, and I indicated I had a VIP Facial with Amy - and the lady at the desk indicated that Amy didn't work on Fridays and that she would be giving me my facial. As I had booked a VIP facial - I indicated I was expecting a Micro Derm Abrasion - and she replied that she didn't have experience using the equipment but assured me I she could give me a good facial. I immediately lost my confidence. I was paying extra for a VIP facial - and didn't have confidence that she had the experience. We decided to just do a standard facial, and while it wasn't awful, it wasn't amazing either. I asked her to look at my skin and advise what she thought I needed, and that didn't happen. At no time did she examine my skin prior to starting the procedure. So, I indicated I would take a standard facial. It was VERY textbook - as if it were here first or second facial ever. I was soo disappointed. I had just recently recommended Massage Luxe to a couple of friends who booked massages and facials in the coming weeks. The reason for writing this review is just to state my unhappiness of the consistency of the level of service. It is difficult to recommend a place, when out of four visits, two have been less than excellent. It's frustrating to me to lay there and try to relax, when you know that the procedure being performed on you, isn't up to the standards that you expected. When one side receives more attention that the other. I just want to stress that expectations from your clients is to have the same level of service, time and time again, and with the turnover you've experienced during the time I've been a member makes me unhappy. It's really hard to recommend you to my friends when I'm worried about the experience they will have when they arrive. I will continue to be a member for another month or so, and give it another try - in hopes that I get Amy for a facial - but not sure how long term this relationship will be. read more

I've maintained a membership at MassageLuXe for nearly a decade. In that time I've had only two awful, frustrating experiences. Both of those experiences were had at the Blue Springs location during 2018. They waisted my time and were unaccomodating and/or perhaps incapable of creating a solution for me while under their roof. All this with full understanding that it required an 80 mile round trip for me to offer my business. I left both times disappointed and unserved. Additionally, during each visit I had a $296 prepaid balance on my membership account with MassageLuXe. Still, they were unable to create a solution for a "member" with a nearly $300 prepaid tab. It was suggested I need to visit my original store 275 miles away in Rockhill Missouri for a solution. Sounds accomodating, right? I will never step foot in their doors again. Moving forward, I intend to cancel my membership as a result of the complete lack of customer service in BS. Letting a paying customer walk out the door unhappy and totally disappointed is ridiculous and completely avoidable. The customer service experience at the Blue Springs location epitomizes the very reason loyal, long lasting, members and customers are lost. As consumers we have choices.
