I want my money back!

The pizza is pretty good. Not the best of course (that's Robino's), but far better than the chains. But this review is about the cinnamon pizza. There is a huge disparity the size of the Grand Canyon between what they advertise the dessert is and what it actually is (see the photo). I paid $7 for this. I feel like they should have paid me that much to eat what they gave me. It's patently obvious they used hardly any cinnamon and they did not give it proper time to bake. It's like they didn't care what they gave me and they just wanted me out of the way. Shame on them. Avoid. Use the Reynoldsburg Massey's instead.

Ive been seeing the commercial for the deep dish pizza. Epic fail!!! Ordered my pizza was told 35 minutes, was surprised how they gave a time that the pizza should be ready, not knowing how busy they would be, so it added a extra 25 minutes of waiting to my time. Manager gave a free drink for the wait. Looked at the pizza it looked really good, lol to my surprise it was awful. $21 for a 12 inch deep dish pizza with just beef, onions, and mushrooms. Thinking this can't go wrong, this pizza had no taste, no flavor or seasoning. I should have took a picture but I didn't. My 1st time and last time trying Massey's pizza. Don't understand how they can be in business for as long as they have been. After reading the joke on the box, Cadillac of pizza (lol) definitely not on my top 5 of choices. Have to come better than that, should never put yourself that high up

There were 10 of us tonight! Ordering went smooth and our pizza and meatball sub was very delicious. Senior discount was better than the coupon we had. The Pizza was crispy with thin crust. Just the way we like it! The meatball sub was tasty with big fat meatballs! My only complaint is that it was warm inside the restaurant! Obviously the ac wasn't on or not working. Upon leaving we noticed there was outside seating. Probably would have been a better choice

Why didn't anyone warn me that Massey's BBQ wings are actually FRIED chicken wings drizzled with BBQ sauce? WHY???

I feel blessed to have had access to some of the best pizzas on the planet - and both the West and East Coasts interpretations of pizza. I've had: In New York: Totonno's Lombardi's Grimaldi's Patsy's John's La Villa Apizz In California: California Pizza Kitchen Mulberry St. Extreme Pizza In Chicago: Brick's Gino's Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Uno Also, I am pretty sure I've tried every single chain in "Anywhere, U.S.A." imaginable - from Pizza Hut to Domino's to Chuck E. Cheese! Still, after all of those pizza experiences both amazing and horrible alike, I have harbored a single secret pizza place. That place is my hometown pizza parlor - Massey's. They have 10 locations in Ohio, but this one in Whitehall is the original (opened in 1946 by Jim and Dan Massey). Massey's slogans include "The Perfect Pizza" and "The Cadillac of Pizzas," but I just know them as one of the first pizzas I ever had. I was a very picky eater as a kid, but this place quickly became a favorite. Some of its attributes include: 1) It has the most delicious crispy thin crust 2) The bottom of the pizza is always crispy - never chewy 3) The sauce is lightly applied, but the taste is thick and tomatoey and a little bit spicy-sweet. 4) The bottom of the pizza has cornmeal allllllllll over it. That's the secret really. It's amazing. 5) They use - and I am NOT kidding here - about 150 pepperoni to top each pizza. Though it is sometimes referred to as the Pepperoni Lovers pizza, it really is just their regular pepperoni pizza. If you want a less intense pepperoni experience, you have to ask for the Super Saver Pepperoni. It's less expensive and has a normal amount of pepperoni. Anyway, if ever I'm in Ohio, I have to have Massey's. It is such a great family place. It's always full of kids coming home from softball games, soccer games, etc., though I usually order to go. My whole family loves their pizza, and a lot of places have tried to copy it. There was once a joint in like Pataskala or somewhere in the country called Etna that tried and got really close. Then I think they switched owners and the perfect cornmeal crust and delicious sauce went away. I am so glad I live in California now where I can't order Massey's all the time. Though I did notice they now will deliver the pizza ANYWHERE in the U.S. using UPS. The price to ship 4 pizzas overnight to California, you ask?: $119 Ha ha. I'll stick to Chicken Enchiladas to keep my bloodstream full of cheese, thanks.

We don't have taco pizza in TX so every summer when we come to Groveport, we have to stop and get our favorite pizza!

The sandwich was honestly the highlight of the meal. It was delicious, and the pizza dough as the bread was such a unique touch that you really don't find at many Italian sandwich spots around Columbus. The pizza itself was just okay. As you can see from the picture, the toppings weren't distributed very evenly, so some slices had mostly sauce with barely any cheese while others had way more toppings and cheese but less sauce. I also wish the pizza had been cooked a little longer overall because it was pretty floppy and doughy. One thing that makes it tough is that once the movie starts, it's hard to go back and ask for changes or anything since the theater is packed and getting in and out of the seats feels disruptive. We'll definitely be back to Grandview Theater because we love the experience overall, but next time I'll probably stick to the sandwiches and popcorn and skip the pizza.

A fun option for takeout pizza with lots of options to choose from. That said, I suspect that the…read moreexperience would be enhanced dining in with a drink and a movie. I tried half of the Licensed to Dill which was just okay. Pickles on pizza isn't really my thing. Pesto on pizza wasn't really my thing either, but having half of a an Ecto Pesto changed my mind. Perhaps the chicken and bacon on the pie was what I really liked, but the point is that it all came together surprisingly well. It definitely gave me hope for the more meat-heavy pizza options that I tend to prefer.

It's part of a local chain with a location on Indianola that seems to be doing well. It's in a slightly rough neighborhood, and the parking lot is also a bit rough. I recommend coming in off Leonard, not Brentnell. Seriously- I bottomed out coming in the Brentnell entrance, and there are so many holes over there that it's hard to avoid them. Rest of the lot is okay. Basic place inside. Carryout only, no dine-in. Desserts and some sundries available at the counter. Online ordering is easy, and there's a big menu. I got one of the specials: large pepp, 6 wings, and fries. The pizza is good-not-great. New York style, a pretty average version. Decent but doughy crust, tasty sauce, plenty of cheese and toppings. Kinda greasy. I'd get it again but it's not my favorite in town. The fries were seasoned, not mentioned on the menu I don't think, so though I got them for Kid K I wasn't sure she'd eat them- but she did. I liked them: big portion, crispy outside and fluffy inside, lightly seasoned. The star was the wings. Big and meaty, cooked well done, sauced but not drippy. I got Carolina gold and they tasted great. Definitely would get the wings again, and I'd like to try their subs and other items. Service was friendly. All of the above for $17, so prices are decent. Pizza came with butter garlic sauce cup, and packets of red pepper flakes and parm. I'll be back.

They have great special deal - large pizza, 6 traditional wings, and a small fry - for the price of what other shops charge for just a large pizza. Grandma has seen better days…read more I went for a short drive to visit Grandma's place (Whitehall, OH) and have a bite to eat. I have never met Grandma and did not know what to expect, so I had an open mind, until I opened the door and entered. This should have been my first indication that Grandma has seen better days. Upon entry, you are hit with a view of a run down and not well maintained interior. There is nothing inviting about coming in, not even a welcome mat at the door. The décor is very dated and not refreshing. Seating consists of three tables with two and a half bench sets. Stains on the ceiling only have one wondering what the kitchen is like. Poor Grandma, it looks like she is living on a fixed income. I went to the counter and reviewed the menu posted on the wall. The prices were pretty much the same as other, more appealing establishments. Grandma did have a couple of interesting menu items that I have never had before, so I took the chance and placed an order to go. A large Gyro Pizza (normally $17.99 on sale for $15.99) and a Chicken Parmesan Sub Sandwich ($7.99) seemed interesting. The food was ready in about 20 minutes and I pick up the order and sat down to "taste" it. The pizza had an odd favor that could have been the cucumber sauce, not good or bad, just different. The menu states it is made with "Gyro meat", I am not sure what that is. The Chicken Parmesan Sub was mediocre in taste and the ingredients (chicken) tasted like it came from the freezer, not fresh. The sub was toasted properly and had crunch. Bothe items were hot out of the oven. Note: I asked the cashier if Grandma's honored military service with a Veteran's/ Military discount and was told they did not. Grandma must not be a patriot.... Anyway, I did not find this establishment worthy of my patronage again, and should have just turned around after viewing the poorly maintained facility. But, like any good Infantryman, I embraced the suck and let my concerns be known later.

Very good pizza love their food always good never disappointed when it comes to them at allread more
