My family and I were on a road trip headed to LA when my moms 2005 Honda Pilot started showing that tire pressure was low. We ended up filling up the tires with air at a gas station and literally minutes later when we were back on the road the low tire pressure lights turned back on. It was just a few minutes before 7 PM and most auto service shops were closing so we desperately started searching online and stumbled across this shop. We were blessed to find that they closed at 8 PM so we decided to come to the shop. When we arrived, a very kind lady had assisted us and inspected our tires. She came to the conclusion that our tire pressure was actually too high, fixed the tire pressures for all four tires, and explained to us that the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was most likely just not working as its supposed to. After she helped us, we tried to pay her but she kindly refused. Definitely one of the best experiences I have personally had at an auto-repair shop. read more

I have to say that getting an oil change with this shop was an awesome experience. His use of rollerblades to move around was not only efficient but also added a fun and unique touch to the whole process. It was about half of the price from the Audi dealer and the shop was clean and close to work. It's the day after thanksgiving and I drove to the South Bay from LA a couple nights ago - I didn't need an oil change for another 400 miles but decided to get one before driving back to LA tomorrow It was a huge relief that master tech Wade was available. I'm in and out under only 1.5 hours after 5 minute notice this morning. Master tech Wade's partner was incredibly kind over the phone and in person. They are transparent, cost is competitively well priced, they generously topped off fluids for me without asking. I was ramping to highway in my 2012 Tiguan, the engine light went on and the engine was vibrating. It was late afternoon on a Friday and the mechanics that I used to go to was closed and wouldn't open until Monday. I did a quick search and found this one still open and will open the next day, so I called Waid the owner and made an appointment 8am the next day. Drove slowly the next day and left my car there for a diagnosis. Got called by Waid at noon and was told the cause was the broken coil working with the spark plugs also the rear suspensions were leaking oil. Together with a due maintenance I got a quote which I agreed on. Got called on Sunday morning and being told all jobs were done. When I got there Waid showed me the broken parts and answered all my questions with elaborated details. His wife/colleague Esma also cleaned both outside and inside of my car which was to my surprise. I know how messy the inside was especially the back seat thanks to my cute naughty kid. It now looks like brand new to me. I really appreciate Esma do me the courtesy for doing this. It's been more than a week since the fix/maintenance at Waid's, my little Tiguan is getting back to smooth and stable drive. It'd be too early to conclude but for now I couldn't find any flaws to the quality of the jobs done by Waid. Also they did their best to finish it in a reasonably time window on a weekend, not to mention the inside and out cleanups done by Esma. I've been going to Master Automotive to get my Z4 repaired for several years now. My BMW's starter died on Memorial Day and Waid + team were able to get me in quickly to get it diagnosed and fixed up. We decided to also fix up a leaky oil pan gasket that I had passed on repairing a while ago, and was leaking worse now. Waid gave me a call and we discussed options (while I frantically Google'd how much the estimate would be) and decided to do it. I figured this was a better option that continuing to poison small animals with the oil leak, or attempting the repair myself which would have ultimately led to my untimely demise (or at best a destroyed subframe). Waid called me up two days ahead of schedule and the car was all patched up before the weekend, just in time for me to squander it in front of the television. Nick found some critical items that needed replacing and took the time to explain to me what the heck was wrong with the car. A couple months later the oil separator that they replaced failed. Wade is an amazing human being! I was at Thunderhill Raceway for a trackday, a few hours away from home, and my 2011 335i rear power window regulator broke without any warning with the window fully open on a weekend with no repair shops that were open close by. I must be the luckiest person in the world as I just happen to pit next to Wade and his wife, who just happened to be an owner of Master Automotive, a repair shop specializing in German motors, who just happened to be located about 10 min from my house in Santa Clara. Talk about serendipity! Without knowing who he was, I happen to mention in passing that I had to figure out a way to repair this window before driving back to Santa Clara. He told me who he was and his business and magnanimously offered to help me get it temporarily addressed and then fix it fully when we were back in town. So, he took time out of his track day to take apart the door panel and get the window closed and taped up. If you are a track day enthusiast, you know the last thing you want to do is work on your day out - we come to track day to get away from our daily grind. He was a life saver, and it could've ended right there, but he asked me to come by and get it fully repaired! I gave him my VIN number and he had the replacement part ordered. The next day, Monday, he tells me to drop by as the regulator had come in overnight. He then took his own time to fix my window, a guy who as an owner doesn't directly work on cars often. And all I had to do was pay for the replacement part! A $400+ job that he charged me only $100! How generous! He did a great job and the window now works as good as new. I am very lucky and grateful to have met Wade, and thankful he was able to help me out of a jam so graciously. He looks to have a great shop and competent staff and I definitely will be bringing my car here for any repair/service job it requires. read more
