But keep in mind , I do them pretty regular.The tech was nice, professional, very quick and did a good job. After the appointment you are given an envelope to give a tip to your tech if you would like to do that. Before you leave they ask to make a future appointment for you if you are someone who does regular appointment this is handy, they will call and remind you before the appointment as well. I didn't have a lot of expectations for Baytown, but this was quite disturbing. I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.
