They did such a great job taking care of all of our delicate items. Very impressive how they move larger dressers and washers and dryers for the safety of the movers and for the items. they're very efficient and quick, I personally am over organized and had stickers that were color-coded for where each box went based off of the color of the sticker above the room. These guys are beasts. When they say their name is Real Men Movers... they are real men Movers and I 100% mean that!! these guys work harder than I have ever seen any moving company work in the years to come. They moved my apartment from upstairs to another apartment in another building upstairs never taking a break in the drive from one apartment to the other was less than five minutes. It was extremely hot and muggy out that day and these guys never stopped. They are beasts. Each one could list stuff that I can barely scoot. Absolute best. 5 star service. I used their service some 10 days back and they were amazing. Doug and Josh helped us move locally within Austin and it worked out really well. My ask to them was to not go over the minimum of 2 hours even if it meant to leave some small items (which I could have moved myself). They made sure that the move was completed in less than two hours and were totally respectful of the fact that they were working for us on an hourly basis. Doug was very receptive of each of our instructions and also helped me a great deal on disassembling and assembling some of my IKEA furniture. Highlight - One of our bed frames got chipped while moving and was kind of rendered useless (Poor IKEA furniture). Doug promised me to replace it with an exact same new piece and I didn't have to follow up even once. He called me, set up a time and delivered and assembled the new bed frame for us.
