Tired of children working in an establishment that don't understand the meaning of customer service even more so during a pandemic. Donuts are great but service is horrible! They take advantage every time we come not getting the order right whether it's the drive thru or walking in. My first selection was donut holes and two chocolate crawlers because they are only available on weekend after 8am and they we're missing so we spent $10 on 6 donuts when we ordered 9 including the donut holes. Not even one minute away from the store we call to let them know they tell us to come back but we get there within another minute we live right across the street and she literally had the audacity to tell us rudely we didn't order that but she was the one to help the Latina girl. She's a complete ass-hat and refused to assist with two donuts. We no longer will be coming here. The parents really should be watching what these kids are doing because that is all they are children stealing money. Why am I going to bring back the box during a pandemic especially when 3mins didn't even go by that we were there. We are frequent customers. WE ARE DONE! CHECK YOUR BOXES PEOPLE! Such a great experience every time I come here. Nice friendly service great uplifting spirits, my favorite coffee drink is their white chocolate mocha! they also sell their donuts at the market of choice! So close to where I live! Just had the absolute displeasure of visiting Master Donuts for the first and last time. I took my son to the local donut shop after getting his immunizations today as a special treat for him. First off, we were semi greeted with a "what do you want" sort of attitude. It was clear from the beginning that helping their customers was a major inconvenience. After our selections were haphazardly tossed in a bag we decided to sit down to enjoy our treats. This is when things went from bad to completely unacceptable. The two women working behind the counter had what I'm assuming to be a friend sitting at the counter talking to them about her sex life. Very loudly and obnoxiously. After multiple uses of foul language and impressively loud and obnoxious talks of whether or not this women's friend was only using her for sex i decided it best to leave. On my way out the door I decided to talk to the employees and give them a little advice on what's appropriate in the workplace. Especially with children a few feet away. The employees back was turned at the register still engaged with her friend at the counter. I stood patiently to be noticed until her friend mentioned someone was waiting at the counter. After I explained my stance on the situation I received a "ok. Sorry about that" while smugly turning back around towards her friend to continue their inappropriate conversation. I will absolutely in no way return to this establishment. The building looks run down from the outside and only gets worse from the inside. The employees are completely what you'd expect from the looks of the place. Trash all around. Absolutely disgusted in the condition of the building, the business, and the employees they've chosen to represent the establishment. Would give a zero out of five if possible. read more

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just bought a dozen donuts and oh CRAP!!! The chocolate donut has a bitter taste. The apple fritter was a grease ball, tasted like they took yesterday left overs and re fried them. They were dark looking, almost burnt and I had to spit it out. This use to be a great little place for donuts but the staff are rude, the place is dirty and it is a real shame how they neglected the place. read more

The donuts are good, but they often run out early in day. They also tend to mess up orders if you request more than two varieties. My office is very particular about what they want and we often do not receive correct selection or short on the amount. The company will replace any missing donuts, but expect you to drive back to correct their mistake and do not offer any incentive. Not to businesses- if you ask a customer to drive back to your store, at least give them something for their time and effort. read more

This is a place where you can get a decent doughnut, although I've noticed a downward trend like they may have started using less expensive ingredients of late, but still better then the grocery store junk. but don't expect great things from the coffee pot. Great donuts and one of the last few places in town that still make French crullers. They open at 5 most days but often sell out before 12, so get there early. Raised their prices a bit but almost all the donuts are a dollar or less. I also think they just hired some new people so the service was friendly. Try the chocolate cruller! read more
