Surprise bag through third party app

Huge variety of donuts at various price points. I ordered a surprise bag through third party app and got a great variety and well worth the price point. Would return to try other varieties or purchase another variety bag if I was in the area.

Delicious!! Came here at the recommendation of a townie. Hot fresh donuts when the sign is lit (similar to a national franchise, only better!) Their donuts are so good and so fresh! I wanted only 1or 2 and I ended up walking aways with about half a dozen. I didn't need that many! The bacon donut was especially delicious--the salty sweet gets me all the time! Whole strips of bacon, not bacon crumbles that I'm used to seeing!! Their cruller and the raised donuts all so good. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their donuts!

Shout out to Dizzy Dean's today! I stopped by on a Sunday morning whim to pick up a chocolate iced old fashioned. COVID protocols are in place and evident in the shop, including masking signs, marked areas to stand, and closed seating signs. I didn't realize there's a $2.50 minimum charge for credit cards, so the young guy at the counter suggested I get two donut holes (20¢/ea) to bring my total over the minimum. I asked him to pick the flavors for me, and as a result, I just ate the *best* blueberry donut hole of my entire existence. This blueberry donut hole tastes like a full night of sleep after payday feels. This blueberry donut hole should win a Miss America talent competition. This blueberry donut hole should run for school board president. This blueberry donut hole should be knighted and canonized. Do I suggest it? Hundo p.

Sorry for the partially eaten donut pic - couldn't resist! Ok so first off, I love that this place has a warm donut case. The chocolate one was warmed and it's like biting into pure bliss. The donut with the fruit loops on it was the showstopper. Maybe there was too much icing, but everything else about it was just right. The cereal was surprisingly crunchy - I was ready for it to be soggy from the moisture from the icing like other cereal-topped deserts I've tried. The bacon on the maple bar was C R I S P. The crueler was nice and poofy. The donut itself was light and fluffy (wasn't oily or oily tasting like some others). Wish I could have these every day.

Dry and bland donuts, place was unkempt and dirty. Not coming back. First time visiting Eugene and not looking to come back anytime soon.

Ask the Community - Dizzy Dean's Donuts

    Is this location peanut free?

No. They do give out free water if you want it dumped on your head when youre freezing cold though

If it's 24/7 shop, then what would is a good time frame in the morning to shoot for maximum donut freshness?

It's not about how fresh the donuts are, it's about how cold the water is and whether it's served in cups or thrown on random homeless people.

It's not like going to a bad bar or even restaurant where you still can eat a few hours later. Coffee has a small window and a maximum amount of intake. That being said, this morning we chose wisely. Not only did we use Yelp but we backed up our decision with a google search and that took us to Reddit. Equiano was a top suggestion on both sites. And we understand why. The service was 100% top notch. Helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, not only about what they offered but about the regions best shops! The coffee itself was very expressive. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch. And even though they didn't have indoor seating with the drizzly day, it was a highlight that I will be repeating in our future travels.

Glass House Coffee Bar - Where the Beans Are Brewed and the Dads Are Punny…read more If you're in Eugene and looking for a place that's brew-tiful inside and out, pedal your way to Glass House Coffee Bar -- just a short ride from the river trail, and trust me, it's worth the cycle. ‍ First off, the architecture is so cool, it might just give your iced latte a complex. With sleek glass walls and plant life that could make a greenhouse jealous, this place is serving up serious fern-tastic vibes. I walked in and immediately thought, "Wow, this place is un-be-leaf-able." Now let's talk coffee. I ordered a cappuccino so smooth, it should've come with a tuxedo. My friend got a pour-over and said it was grounds-breaking. And don't even get me started on the pastries -- flaky enough to ghost you after one date, but so good you forgive them instantly. The baristas? Friendly, fast, and full of beans (literally and figuratively). One even told me my dad jokes were espresso-nally bad, which I took as a compliment. Whether you're a caffeine connoisseur or just need a place to espresso yourself, Glass House is the kind of spot that makes you want to linger, laugh, and maybe adopt a succulent or two. Bottom line: great coffee, great vibes, and enough plant life to make your mom say, "You should really get one of these for your apartment." I'm already planning my next visit -- it's brew-destined.

The parking lot has a few spots and street parking. The inside is very cute with plants and random art all over. I enjoyed the vanilla cardamom latte was perfection and the bagel was fresh and had a good hardy flavor. Nice place to chill or work.
