First time dining here and it was a good experience. I enjoy the variety of meats they offered and other selections. The staff was professional. They came to our table often to see how we were doing, and they changed the grill, which was really nice. The seats are comfortable and we didn't have to wait too much because we made a reservation. So if you don't wanna wait, that's a good idea for you to make one too. There's Apple parking and you can do a lot more than just eat in this area. as frequent regulars here, i was a little disappointed after the interaction we had. the last time we came here, i asked our go to server AK, who wasnt our server that day if we could switch servers due to a conflict with the server we had and just wanting to avoid any problems. she had JT take over because unfortunately her shift was almost over but he was kind and took over our table immediately. when we arrived this time, i had asked which servers were working and specifically requested for us to not be placed in her section and as soon as we sat down, we saw that she was our server. my bf spoke to the hosts but by the time they realized their mistake, we had already gotten our first order and started eating. the manager we didnt recognize but must be someone new, said they can not have the server in the section right next to us take over and that'd we would have to move to the other side of the room away from everyone even tho we had already started eating. it doesnt help that once we made the move, we can see staff staring, whispering among themselves when we specifically asked to be seated somewhere else the first time and the hosts made the mistake. normally im one to stay quiet, but when i asked specifically not to have that server, its because that specific server was a friend to my ex boyfriend who not only abused me physically and mentally, but whose group who she was apart of and participated in the harassment and bullying that i recieved because in the end, they stood by him. we appreciate JT taking over yet again and not only checked on us consistently but worked fast on changing our grill while allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace. it's sad to see they fired so many good servers but glad to see servers like JT and AK who we can continuously rely on for great service and to be kind and understanding. read more

So, we just left this place. We had a party of 18 people walk-in with no reservations. The place was completely empty. We requested to be seated next to each other but the "Manager" said she was not able to accommodate that cuz they were short staffed. The "Manager" was a younger caucasian female with tattoo and piercings. I expressed to her that we were okay with slow service as long as we were able to sit next to each other cuz it was my dad's 80th bday. She continued to say that it would "overwhelm" her staff. I explained to her that it was a milestone birthday for my dad so it was improtant that we all sit next to each other for pictures and to be able to socialize. Still she refused. We have some friends in town and what's best to eat, AYCE Korean BBQ. We did the $37pp menu, there were 8 of us so we sat in 2 separate booths. We recommend to make reservation as we were sat within 5mins of checking in. Service was great. Nonstop and there's something for everyone to enjoy. We liked the automatic belt to stops at your booth with an arrow to point to which booth the meat order belongs to. The staff are quick to bring out the sides and drinks we order. We appreciate the grill change. I think we had ours changed 3x, we are eaters. It's Friday and after 6pm, the place is pretty packed. As we were leaving, there's a few parties waiting to be seated. Okay, this place was definitely worth trying! We came here for dinner and I was so excited because I'm a huge KBBQ fan. I've been to plenty of Korean BBQ spots, but never one where your food comes out on a conveyor belt such a fun and unique experience! The wait staff was always just a nod away, and super proactive about clearing empty plates. The food arrives to your table on a conveyor belt to your table. Super cute, efficient and was fresh and delicious. Cute email received the next day expressing gratitude for coming in and inviting us to return. I thought that was a very personal touch (even if it is bot generated). Most places thank you on the way out and the experience is over. That is a really cute touch. We were greeted by Luna who was super friendly and even came by later with little post it notes of local recs! Shout out to Luna! Our server (didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and nice too so the service was above and beyond! Very nice place that seemed very tech-ey. From the robot who escorted us to our table to the food coming on a belt with a flag pointed towards you to indicate it was your order. You still get live waitstaff who bring non meat dishes and clear your plates away. K-pop music playing in the background but not so loud that we had to shout to be heard so it was a good volume of music. We are so much and the portions were good. Just came for the lunch for the 29.95 but it was more than enough for us. The main dishes were good. A couple of sides were not that exciting. I wouldn't get the steamed eggs again because they were not silky smooth and the kimchee pancake was very crisp but everything was great. The little ones thought it was the coolest thing. Another cool feature is how the food arrives - dishes come straight from the kitchen on a conveyor belt and stops right at your table. It's a clever system, and adds a bit of excitement every time something new pulls up. The menu is a double-sided laminated sheet with photos of every item, which makes choosing so much easier. They offer three AYCE tiers (roughly $30-$45), but the whole table has to choose the same tier. We went with the middle option, Tier B, which worked perfectly for our group, especially with the kids in the mix. Just note that a few premium cuts have limits, so it's worth scanning the menu before ordering. All the food we tried was delicious and served in smaller portions so nothing went to waste. We loved being able to order more as we went. Highlights included the Beef Brisket, NY Steak, Bulgogi (both beef and LA), Prime Hanger Steak, Butter Lemon Shrimp, and Teriyaki Chicken. They were out of the rice cake side that day, but the others sides made up for it. We ordered multiple rounds of kimchi and japchae because it's our favorite. From what I can tell, they seem to use Unlimeat for their "beef" options and Daring for their "chicken" options. By the way, these brands are easily accessible in most grocery stores (especially the upscale ones like Whole Foods) so you can make this at home too. Unfortunately, every time I visit this restaurant, they always seem to be understaffed which diminishes the quality of service. It's very common for us to not receive the orders we place. In every single visit, I've had at least 3-5 items not delivered to our table. The servers & staff truly do seem to try their best and we've had nothing but the kindest and most pleasant servers, but I think more staffing would definitely be an improvement. On top of this, one of the kitchen staff was blatantly staring at my girlfriend during the entire course of our stay, which completely ruined the experience for us. It was more than an occasional glance once or twice. It was continuous staring without an ounce of shame. The highlight is definitely the food, with multiple tiers for options widely available even for the most basic A tier. Unsurprisingly, many of the highest tier option are order one per person, like the lamb chops and LA kalbi, but they are definitely worth it so I would recommend that tier. The ambiance is very casual and a little loud and it is nicely ventilated so smoke isn't an issue as much. Many of the automations like the robot host and food conveyor belt felt a bit gimmicky, and there were some plates missing from the table, like lettuce wraps, kimchi pancake, and fried dumpling, that had to be ordered twice and only made it on the table toward the end of the meal. The resturant was pretty big with lots of seating. I also would like to mention that the music they were playing was top tier kpop songs lol. The quality is just so good even for the lowest tier menu. Most of the time when I go kbbq the brisket is pretty tough or too thick and is not the best. Unfortunately, the other surrounding restaurants appeared to sit vacant. Great sign of good eats to come. This place did not disappoint. Super attentive staff, decent portions and good quality proteins. We had our fair share of variety. The banchan, aka sides were fresh and complimented the proteins well. We chose kimchi, spicy cucumbers, fish cakes, rice paper, daikon radish sheets, fresh sliced jalapeños, sliced garlic, lettuce leafs and ssamjang (soy bean paste). We ordered cheese corn which came out piping hot and had a great cheese pull! Corn was sweet and tender, table favorite. Had the kimchi stew as well. Flavorful, hearty and filling. Tastes great with plain rice. All the proteins were good so it was hard to choose but would absolutely recommend the hanger steak cooked to medium at most. Also the GRILLING CHEESE was so good! If it ain't broke, don't add too many inconsistent and/or poorly thought-out items to the menu. Master Kim's Korean BBQ is arguably a chain of restaurants and not arguably finding sustained success over three locations. This spot is in a plaza just south of Town Square and is neighbors with several other restaurants and one Total Wine & More. I went with a friend for a late dinner, and we were able to be seated almost right away. We quickly agreed to splurge on the AYCE menu C ($44.95 per person) and got down to ordering. Iced green tea (+$2.50) was a low bitterness, smooth green tea that will cleanse your palate and help stave off a food coma. Other nonalcoholic beverages looked pretty affordable too, so don't shy away from grabbing one. Brisket was the first meat on the grill. It cooks up quickly and crisps up well, and it's delicious with just about any of the sauces on the table. The New York Steak (1 per person) was better than when I tried it at their fraternal twin restaurant Mr. Kim's, and I preferred dipping it into the oil and salt. The last part of that first order was lamb bulgogi, one of the new menu items added just last month. It seemed to stick to the grill a lot, but I still enjoyed the charred thin pieces of lightly marinated lamb. The big misstep was the Tenderloin (1 per person), another new menu item. It didn't come out tender, and every piece of it tasted oddly liver-y. The wagyu tri-tip (also new and also 1 per person) was a better choice, with more unctuous character and tenderness. I'd recommend including the tri-tip and not the tenderloin in your order. We eventually realized that the two portions of LA kalbi (1 per person) hadn't come out and probably wouldn't without intervention. Our server agreed that we had no bones on our table or plates and soon sent out the star of the meal. Three of the slabs were thin, moderately marinated, and very tender. The fourth was oddly huge and ended up actually being mostly fat. When the limit on the item is so restrictive, that's still a significant miss. We ended up getting one lamb chop out of curiosity. It is indeed lamb on a stick (i.e. bone), and it's a little too thick to cook efficiently on a hot grill. We eventually managed to get it done, and frankly it was a bit boring without any marinade or spices. They've moved away from preloading the table with banchan, which is understandable for economy/efficiency but a bit disappointing for the experience. Also, they didn't specifically ask if we wanted any additional orders of the sides which we did get, and it was easy to forgot about those when distracted by the grill and by impending food comas. I did enjoy both the standalone kimchi and the kimchi stew quite a bit even though they were challenging in capsaicin level for me. The cilantro salad was also interesting, consisting of mostly cilantro plus some carrot and red cabbage. The regular steamed egg was about as fluffy as expected. Dessert was included for us, and I opted for the pineapple sorbet. It was actually very creamy and had small bits of pineapple dispersed in it. If you like pineapple, then this is a must-try. Our server was attentive. Grill changes were timely and we never seemed to have to wait to place an order. The restaurant space is kinda massive and yet the K-pop music videos on the TV on the far wall were quite visible (and audible). The ventilation is built into the sides of the grill and works well enough. I still like Master Kim's, but the tenderloin issue and some other items weren't as impressive as I would have hoped. I'll just have to fine-tune my ordering the next time I step into one of their establishments. read more

We visited this location on Aug 2nd at around 10 PM. Our server was a caucasian male with shoulder-length curly hair. There were four people in our party, and we decided to go with the most expensive AYCE they have, so we could have all the options. So we put in our first set of orders, and that's when everything went downhill. The meat we ordered was sent out right away on their conveyor belt. All the meat we ordered arrived on time, but what we started to have issues with were our sides. We asked for multiple items, and half of them didn't come, which is not an issue. The issue was that our server was just continuously disappearing on us. When we did get his attention, he was either forgetting the items we asked for or would act annoyed when he dropped them off. I eventually saw him twice, coming back into the restaurant from the front door. He would disappear and we won't see him again for almost 10 minutes at a time, and when he came back, all the other tables he was serving also needed his attention because he was gone for that long. Honestly, the food was good. The quality of the meat was great, the sides were okay, but the experience was disappointing. From someone visiting from the Bay Area, where we have so much good kbbq, their customer service, especially this server, needs to be retrained. Now, if he was on break or something, that's fine, but please let your table know. I didn't think he was on break since he came back into the restaurant twice. I've eaten here 3 times. Once was years ago and recently I dined with a business friend and again with another couple that took us out to eat. The restaurant has a delivery system that drives the food to your table on a train type system. I think my reason for removing stars is that I didn't like the lack of service from a human being. A robot takes you to your seat with the menus and you seat yourself. The only time I saw our server was the initial drinks order. When I brought the business associate we didn't want any alcohol at first and then I gave her more details about the options and she wanted one of the flavored bottles, it was really hard to get our server to come to our table. It's not my favorite place. That place has closed down so that's why I started aiming here. The personal touch is definitely missing and maybe that's something that I desire. Made a reservation for 7:00pm on a Weds, for some Birthday Korean BBQ. There were a ton of people waiting when we arrived. Who would have thought so many people were celebrating my bday as well?! Jk Definitely suggest booking that resi via Yelp though. We waited about 10 mins to be seated. It's an all booth restaurant that is clean with a good vibe. The food is delivered to your table by a little conveyor belt making it quick and easy. Great if you want to do it for the gram. The rib eye and premium meats make the most expensive package totally worth it. I think it was around $45/per person. The wait staff was super on the ball. The only down side is, some of the items on the menu have a shellfish warning but they didn't know what exact shellfish it is so just keep that in mind before ordering. We asked for ingredients list but they didn't have them on hand. Our waiter tried to call the Director to no avail. This didn't kill the entire experience but good to note for future reference if you have a similar allergy. Overall the flavors were incredible and the meats were super fresh. I love that there are no over head vents, and the fresh grills are kept in a warmer so you don't have to wait for them to heat up again after they swap them out. Oh Master Kim how I love you. A true blessing to vegans. My biggest sadness with this restaurant is that it's so far away from me. If I lived in the area, there's no doubt in my mind that I would be here AT LEAST twice a week. The food is phenomenal, prices are reasonable, customer service is great, and the restaurant is clean. I first heard about this restaurant on Tiktok in a video where someone was raving about their vegan menu. Growing up in California (kbbq everywhere), I've never been able to join my friends on their kbbq outings, so when I heard "vegan" and "kbbq" in the same sentence, I nearly jumped for joy. Not too long after, my mom and I visited for the first time together and we were oh so impressed with the food. My tongue was in heaven. I could've cried tears of pure happiness. As soon as I left the restaurant, I wanted to go back. This past weekend, my friend invited me to Vegas to see a concert and I kid you not, the first thing that popped in my mind was this restaurant. I immediately said yes - more excited to eat here than I was for the concert. On this visit, I tried more of their vegan "meats" and wow. Wow wow wow wow. "Where's the meat?" This is IT! MK#2 has it all! Go early because it gets busy! We came just at the right time for a party of 4! We chose the set menu A and we knew we hit the jackpot! It came with sides, soup and more!!! We also had the best server! Overall between the server, space and food this was an amazing experience! One interesting fact - their vent system was amazing! AYCE vegan-friendly KBBQ? Yes please! We arrived at 1:15pm on a Sunday and scored rockstar parking right in front of the door. Upon check-in, the hostess to ask us if we had reservations (we didn't) and she let us know that the wait was 15-20 minutes. Staff was quick to begin taking our banchan order and point out the plant-based banchan. We ordered the Cilantro Salad and the Seaweed Salad. We had practically every protein on the vegan menu!
