(Kari's Rating 6.5/10) TLDR: -3 tiers to choose from -Quality is meh -Sauce is "sitting out?" Came in with a group of six around 6:30 on Saturday, July 4 and shockingly there wasn't a wait. I even called earlier to make sure I heard that correctly. We were seated right away and our server brought us water, tongs, scissors, napkins etc and then gave us to decide what tier we wanted to eat from. Since this was all you can eat, the tiers were priced as below. A-$24.99 B-$34.99 C-$44.99 We decided to get C. We ordered a first round of brisket, ny strip, kalbi, bulgogi, and pork belly. We paired those meats with a few lettuce cups, kimchi, fishcake, garlic & jalapeño, mushrooms, onion, rice and some cold noodles. We cooked around 1 grill-which was a little tight for us as we had some taller friends with us, but we ultimately made it. They had prepared sauce containing a soy sauce, olive oil/salt/black pepper and some kind of chili sauce. I don't mind them having sauce at the table, but I thought it was odd it was already poured for every single table there. Kinda out in the open. It was pretty decent in terms of the quality but they were out of the veggies including the pumpkin and zucchini. They did have two forms or mushrooms -king oysters and portobello. The other tables were pretty big like 5+ and servers were a little slow coming around for rounds. But we eventually got everything we needed. We got the grill changed twice cuz of the spicy meats but we probably could have used a third. Overall it was alright, I didn't think anything was fancy or extraordinarily delicious so I gave it an average rating. We did have a few things we had to ask for twice/theice, but it was alright. Probably won't be back, but it was good for what it was.

Monday at 11:30am we were seated right away. The meats are brought to you on a conveyor belt. The service was fast. The meats all tasted great. We chose the AYCE choice option "A" for $29.95. My favorites were beef brisket, pork shoulder, prime hanger steak, & the New York steak. I also ordered the bibimbap house special. They were out of the dumplings and the kfc boneless bites. I felt that the side options were lacking. I did enjoy the kimchi pancake though. I also like how they brought out a dipping tray with three different sauces to dip the meats in. The restaurant area was all clean and spacious. Our grill was changed three different times and our server was very attentive and kind. Good for big groups.

Came on a Monday night and it was pretty slow. Only a few tables seated. The meats were pretty tasty however I couldn't figure out the portion sizes. We were a party of 6 but 1 order of brisket was huge. It definitely isn't a portion for "1" person. But 1 order of pork belly was 1 slice. And despite the slow night, it was rare we saw our server and always had to flag her down. She was really nice though. The hostess however didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I think there are better locations and options but the no wait and music/projectors were nice.

    Beef Bulgogi Bento Box

This is a review for the Master Kim's bento box service which is available for Uber Eats in case you don't want to dine in but still want to enjoy some of their meats. They have a few options available for the bento boxes including beef bulgogi, chicken, Kalbi and more. Each includes rice, jap chae, and a small kimchi pancake. I had the beef bulgogi bento and found it overall rather good. The beef was flavorful, but there were definitely some tough/less tender pieces. The accompaniments were good. The japchae had a nice sesame flavor, and the rice was fairly fluffy albeit a bit on the dry side. The kimchi pancake was good although a bit soggy when I prefer it to have a crispy exterior. Overall this was a decent choice for delivery, but I'm not sure if I'd order again given that the beef, while tasty, definitely could've been more tender.

I've been to a few Master Kim's locations, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and we even got an hour of free karaoke at the place next door, which made our day even better. Big shoutout to our server, Joelle! She was super friendly, checked in on us throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was easy to talk to and really made the whole experience more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this location, and if you get Joelle as your server, you're in good hands.

The bulgogi they served looked like absolute shit and completely killed my appetite. The meat quality looked old, freezer, and not fresh at all. We cooked the brisket on maximum heat for almost 10 minutes and it was still barely cooked. The moment you take it off the grill, it turns cold within a minute like the grill can't even maintain proper heat. I asked the waiter about it and they clearly didn't give a fuck. They just said "this is maximum heat" and walked away without caring at all. At this point I'm probably going to have stomach issues after the bullshit food they served us. Worst Korean BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. Terrible meat quality, and a complete waste of money. Do not go here.

For the price, the place is definitely worth it. And there is a discount if you go there late at night. This location is open past midnight (not all of them are). I really liked the Korean pancakes. The soju cocktail was good. I also liked their ice cream. The server was very nice and they also have a revolving belt that delivers out food. But again, for all you can eat at $30, I can't really complain. I think they could offer more seasoning though for the meats.

Disappointing Experience as Returning Local Customers…read more We are Las Vegas locals and had visited Rollin Smoke Barbecue before. Our previous experiences were great, so when we were craving barbecue, we decided to return expecting another enjoyable meal. We ordered several combo meals to take home so we could try a variety of meats, sandwiches, and sides. One thing that caught us off guard was the $8 upcharge per sandwich to make it a combo ($16 total for the two sandwiches we ordered). We understand that upgrades cost extra, but those charges should be explained clearly when customers are ordering. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The portions seemed smaller than we remembered. The barbecue sauce was much sweeter than we expected and overpowered the flavor of the meat instead of complementing it. Some of the meats and sandwiches were also bland, lacking the rich, smoky barbecue flavor we remembered. There also wasn't much barbecue meat on the sandwiches, making them feel skimpy for the price. This isn't about being cheap--it's about value. We don't mind paying for good barbecue, but for the price we expected more. The combo didn't feel worth the extra cost. The side portions were very small. We were also concerned about the restroom. It was located near the kitchen, appeared rundown, and did not seem properly maintained or sanitized. A toilet brush was leaning against the wall, which added to the unclean appearance. Its condition made us question the restaurant's overall cleanliness and whether proper handwashing and food-handling practices were being followed. The most concerning issue happened after we ate the food at home. Both of us became very sick after eating from the same order. The photos included with this review were originally taken because we planned to share a positive post supporting a local restaurant we had enjoyed. We even noticed the sign encouraging customers to take photos, tag the restaurant, and share their experience. Unfortunately, after what happened, we decided to include the photos only to document our visit, what we ordered, and the condition of the restaurant. Between the unexpected combo upcharges, small portions, skimpy sandwiches, overly sweet barbecue sauce, bland food, cleanliness concerns, and both of us becoming sick afterward, this was a very disappointing experience. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews its food preparation, storage, sanitation, restroom maintenance, and overall quality control. Sadly, after this experience, we no longer feel comfortable returning.

I grew up eating KC BBQ and and lived in TX for several years and had plenty of TX BBQ- this to me is decent BBQ but if you know and like phenomenal BBQ this isn't going to compete with that. The woman who worked the counter taking orders was also one of the only reasons this isn't a 1 star review for me. She was a bit of sunshine in that place.

The pork ribs are wonderfully juicy and packed with deep flavor, pairing nicely with the complimentary sweet BBQ sauce even though they do not strictly need it. Unlike most places where the pulled pork dries out, this one stays remarkably moist and savory throughout. Chili (4/5): A very unique side that is much thinner and more watery than a traditional chili, holding a texture closer to a thin spaghetti sauce. Despite the looser consistency, it is absolutely packed with a variety of delicious smoked meats in every single bite. Mac and Cheese (5/5): An exceptional side dish and a clear favorite of the meal. It's incredibly rich, creamy, and distinctively flavored with sharp cheddar, which gives it a much bolder and more satisfying punch than standard restaurant mac and cheese. Corn Bread (5/5): This side functions almost like a dessert, boasting an incredibly sweet, vanilla cake like taste. The high level of sweetness provides a nice contrast to the intense salt, smoke, and savory flavors of the massive meat plate. Logistics Tip: Parking is limited but manageable between the two adjacent lots, and there is a clean restroom on site. To help beat the intense heat, they generously provide complimentary bottles of ice cold water. Keep in mind that they hosted live music on the late Saturday morning that we went. While it adds a fun, energetic backyard vibe, it can get incredibly loud and makes chatting with friends difficult, so you may want to bring ear protection or plan your arrival time accordingly.
