We love to go out to Master Kims. The beef brisket is always the top meat of choice. All of the sides, from the Cilantro Salad, to the Kimchi Pancake, Corn Cheese, and the Spicy Cold Noodle comes out exceptional and consistent, and we are pretty consistent guests here. All of this wouldn't be as good if we didnt have our server, Mey!! Over time we would come in, and she would always recognize us! My first time at a Master's Kim Korean BBQ in Las Vegas. This one is located in Spring Mountain and my family and I ended up going as soon as it opened on a Sunday. There was no on else inside the restaurant except us. After about 20 minutes or so, there were 4 other customers. Master Kim's Korean BBQ has 3 locations in Las Vegas. There is one in Southwest (like Durango Drive), Spring Mountain, and near the Las Vegas strip area. There are [3] different all you can eat AYCE options at Master Kim's Korean BBQ. The A option is $29.95, the B option is $35.95 and the C option is $44.95. We ended up going with the B option (though next time I'm going to try the C option so I can try out their Snow Boneless Short Ribs an the Wagyu Tri Tip). Their B option includes all on the A option, and some specialty limited items like the New York Steak, Prime Hanger Steak, and LA Kalbi. We made sure to order all three of those since there was a limit quantity of 1. Some of the other meats we tried was the Beef Brisket, Beef Bulgogi, Marinated Boneless Short Ribs, Pork Belly, and Teriyaki Chicken. We had our plate changed out a few times while we were cooking our meats. My favorite options were the LA Kalbi and the Prime Hanger Steak. Both were super flavorful! Some of the sides we selected were -Buttered corn on the cob -Corn Cheese -Dumplings I enjoyed all of the sides. I didn't realize you were suppose to cook the buttered corn until I had one of the cobs cold! You actually grill the corn on the cob. It was good. Service was fantastic at Master Kim's Korean BBQ. There was a mini robot conveyer belt machine that delivered all of your meats to your table. It was a really fun experience and the food was great. You have 90 minutes for the AYCE. The restaurant is very open and clean. The service had a rocky start, getting to our table even though it was busy and had a reservation. Our waiter was great though, very patient, came by our table regularly to order and make sure we had the grill changed frequently. The food is great. Master Kim's strikes that perfect balance between quality and quantity. Typically AYCE restaurants have a lower quality meat because you're getting so much of it, but not at Master Kims. Everything ordered was flavorful and perfectly cut. Duck, bulgogi, chicken, shrimp, steak, ribs, and pork all arrived quickly via the robot system that delivers directly to the side of your table. I got the "B" package which included more options and some premium cuts, for $36. There was only one cut of meat I wasn't a fan of, but i may have overcooked it, and 2 of the probably 15 or so plates of meat that came out had some parts still frozen. The ambiance was what you'd expect from a KBBQ spot, service was quick and friendly, our server Marina kept us laughing the whole night (I love that) and they changed out the grill plate several times to keep things cooking evenly, the sides were never ending (corn cheese is my favorite) but the lack of free refills on soft drinks threw me. Perhaps it's because they don't have a soda fountain or just an intentional choice by the restaurant, I'm not sure. Each 12oz can of soda is $2.50, which could add up quickly if you're a person who drinks 3-4 sodas during a meal. We were seated right away and our server brought us water, tongs, scissors, napkins etc and then gave us to decide what tier we wanted to eat from. Since this was all you can eat, the tiers were priced as below. A-$24.99 B-$34.99 C-$44.99 We decided to get C. We ordered a first round of brisket, ny strip, kalbi, bulgogi, and pork belly. We paired those meats with a few lettuce cups, kimchi, fishcake, garlic & jalapeño, mushrooms, onion, rice and some cold noodles. We cooked around 1 grill-which was a little tight for us as we had some taller friends with us, but we ultimately made it. They had prepared sauce containing a soy sauce, olive oil/salt/black pepper and some kind of chili sauce. I don't mind them having sauce at the table, but I thought it was odd it was already poured for every single table there. Kinda out in the open. It was pretty decent in terms of the quality but they were out of the veggies including the pumpkin and zucchini. They did have two forms or mushrooms -king oysters and portobello. The other tables were pretty big like 5+ and servers were a little slow coming around for rounds. But we eventually got everything we needed. We got the grill changed twice cuz of the spicy meats but we probably could have used a third. Overall it was alright, I didn't think anything was fancy or extraordinarily delicious so I gave it an average rating. We did have a few things we had to ask for twice/theice, but it was alright. My favorites were beef brisket, pork shoulder, prime hanger steak, & the New York steak. I also ordered the bibimbap house special. They were out of the dumplings and the kfc boneless bites. I felt that the side options were lacking. I did enjoy the kimchi pancake though. I also like how they brought out a dipping tray with three different sauces to dip the meats in. Came on a Monday night and it was pretty slow. Only a few tables seated. The meats were pretty tasty however I couldn't figure out the portion sizes. We were a party of 6 but 1 order of brisket was huge. It definitely isn't a portion for "1" person. But 1 order of pork belly was 1 slice. And despite the slow night, it was rare we saw our server and always had to flag her down. She was really nice though. The hostess however didn't seem like she wanted to be there. This is a review for customer service. As we were not able to try food. This place closes at 2am. We (four of us) showed up at 12:30, mind you , we spent $30 on a cab. The host told us they have a "huge wait "..no one was waiting. Then got told they take last call at 1:15. We couldve had time to eat but still was turned away. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The fact that the two hosts looked annoyed when we walked in was one thing but it being enough time for us to eat and refused to sit us another. This is not how you run a business. One of the worst KBBQ place I've ever been to. FOOD The banchan (side dishes) had a weird taste. The radish kimchi resembled mash potatoes. They limit you on the "premium" meats by allowing 1 order per person. You can tell the restaurant uses low quality meat across the board. While the marinade that were used was decent, but meat quality was definitely a turn off. SERVICE The service was mediocre best. The staff often "forget" to put in orders and we had to remind them multiple times. The waitress we had was obnoxious. I turned up the heat to heat up the new grill faster, she came over to point out "it's going to burn". She then proceeded to come over and say "I told you" when I turned down the grill as I'm cooking the meat. ALL IN ALL, I'm very disappointed how this restaurant turned out. While it is extremely affordable, the food quality and interpersonal experience was very poor. This is a review for the Master Kim's bento box service which is available for Uber Eats in case you don't want to dine in but still want to enjoy some of their meats. They have a few options available for the bento boxes including beef bulgogi, chicken, Kalbi and more. Each includes rice, jap chae, and a small kimchi pancake. I had the beef bulgogi bento and found it overall rather good. The beef was flavorful, but there were definitely some tough/less tender pieces. The accompaniments were good. The japchae had a nice sesame flavor, and the rice was fairly fluffy albeit a bit on the dry side. The kimchi pancake was good although a bit soggy when I prefer it to have a crispy exterior. Overall this was a decent choice for delivery, but I'm not sure if I'd order again given that the beef, while tasty, definitely could've been more tender. read more

I've been to a few Master Kim's locations, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and we even got an hour of free karaoke at the place next door, which made our day even better. Big shoutout to our server, Joelle! She was super friendly, checked in on us throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was easy to talk to and really made the whole experience more enjoyable. My favorite restaurant in the world. I have legitimately questioned how I lived without it before, and how I will survive without it once I move away. The food here is absolutely amazing. Best assortment of banchan across all the KBBQ spots in Vegas. AYCE prices are reasonable & well worth it. Servers are always so nice & cool. Your meat is delivered on a conveyor belt while your sides come via server, so it's easy to communicate any additional orders/issues. I've dined in all sorts of ways. From 2 person table to a 12 person group, they do their absolute best to accommodate you. Be aware, any group larger than 6 will likely be split between other tables due to the layout. Regardless, every time I come, I'm always taken care of. As mentioned, I've been to practically every AYCE KBBQ spot in Vegas. The bulgogi they served looked like absolute shit and completely killed my appetite. The meat quality looked old, freezer, and not fresh at all. We cooked the brisket on maximum heat for almost 10 minutes and it was still barely cooked. The moment you take it off the grill, it turns cold within a minute like the grill can't even maintain proper heat. I asked the waiter about it and they clearly didn't give a fuck. They just said "this is maximum heat" and walked away without caring at all. At this point I'm probably going to have stomach issues after the bullshit food they served us. Worst Korean BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. Terrible meat quality, and a complete waste of money. Do not go here. read more

For the price, the place is definitely worth it. And there is a discount if you go there late at night. This location is open past midnight (not all of them are). I really liked the Korean pancakes. The soju cocktail was good. I also liked their ice cream.The server was very nice and they also have a revolving belt that delivers out food. How'd I end up here? Our party of 14 originally planned to dine at Hobak, but an executive decision was made to give Master Kims's KBBQ a shot. Parking is easy. Located inside of a plaza we arrived slightly past 9:30pm although there were other customers inside eating, the vibe was still chill. The restaurant is a good size and I imagine they even at its busiest, tables should turn in time to sit the next in line without having to wait too long. If you like good quality meats and banchan, the. Master Kim's will not disappoint. I love that they offer tofu soup. Even better, is that they care enough to make it good! Some things which most people might overlook but for some it's the little things that make a world of a difference. Two things, chap chae and kimchi are really good here. Providing entertainment are two jumbo screens which face the entire dining area. On both of my visits, at least one screen played a continuous list of K-pop paired with the music filling the room with an appropriate vibe. Not too loud, but just right. Service comes often, almost as if they had a crystal ball, replacing grill tops before reaching the burning point and with each refill of water and request for orders, came a complimentary smile each time. 5 star service 5 star cleanliness 5 star for the value and quality of food Master Kims has earned a bookmark in my Sin City Places to eat list as one solid AYCE KBBQ. read more

I honestly would have preferred a little more banchan to offset the fattiness of the pork. The pork was very good. LOL the vegan meat did not have a weird texture, cooked super fast on the grill, and were super flavorful. We recommend only getting the marinated vegan meats, those have most the most flavor. His favorite was the vegan tofu. Our server was super nice and allowed us to do two separate AYCE menus when you usually have to get the same menu. We had the A selection and quickly ordered a bunch of side dishes, including two different cold noodle soups (both great), the kimchi risotto, corn cheese, steamed egg and more. The spicy baby octopus was a little too spicy for us, biut the salted squid was great. The standout for me was the pork belly - seasoned but not marinated. I really like Master Kim's and this is my first visit to this newest location. Upon walking in, the size of this location is big and I feel the tables might even be bigger? I somehow felt that I had more room. One of my favorite items is a steamed egg and they served one of the best steamed eggs of all the locations! It was puffy and perfect! I called ahead and Master Kim's Korean BBQ 3 said that they could take us right away... yay! We got free parking easily and walked right into the dark, modern environment with some neon light accents!. The air conditioning was really cold... i had to leave right after we got our ice cream dessert and paid the bill! We did one round each of the premium meats: Black Angus LA Kalbi, Black Angus brisket, and Black Angus New York steak. We barely had room for a round of Kurobuta pork shoulder blade, pork jowl, and thinly sliced pork belly. We really enjoyed the complimentary banchan - especially the buttered corn on the cob, white rice, kimchi Pancake, and radish paper. My niece used the lettuce leaves to make hand rolls!
