He tested the power at the main control unit checking for power and continuity. He went to each valve and checked for power finding and replacing the power solenoid that controls the valve. He went through and got each valve working. Also discovered leaking pipe causing low water pressure on that circuit. After about 3 plus hours had everything working like when it was first installed. Very happy with his service and price.

I have no idea how to DIY this so I was lucky to find Ostwald. Yep, they are a 24/7 company and were able to comr out same day in a few hours. Darvin and his helper replaced my entire sprinkler control valve system, faulty sprinkler heads, and did some excavation to fix some leaky pipes. About 3 hours total - not a straightforward job since it also involved wiring and some backyard plumbing. I have an older house so they actually had to shutoff water to the house for a few hours. Not sure why the sprinkler system does not have a separate isolation valve. Maybe it does but its not obvious. Definitely recommend Ostwald Sprinkler Repair for quick turnarounds and responsive service, even on Sundays when most other sprinkler repair companies are closed.
