Had a leak and mold issue in our relatively new home. Mastercare came and pin pointed the leak, then came and remediated the mold by taking out all the drywall with the mold on them, and took care of the work area. They also left the HEPA on for the night along with the plastic enclosure. Jim was the guy that came on 6/10 to find the leak and on 6/12 to remediate the mold. Both times, he was very pleasant, responsive and very conscientious! Even though the small bathroom where he worked was really hot (very hot day), he was always pleasant and his work was thorough. We had a plumbing leak & mastercare was assigned through our property management. I have heard nightmare stories about leaks and associations, but Mastercare was absolutely terrific to deal with. We had several different technicians for different aspects of the repair. Each person was on time or early & they called when they were on their way. They knew we had a Christmas Eve party planned & they went out of their way to have the job finished by Friday of the week before. My husband and I both work full time & they worked around our schedule. The repair looks great & i was very satisfied with each step of their work from leak detection and repair to dry out & drywall repair. Great job Mastercare! I can not believe how unprofessional this company is. They were disrespectful, rude and messed up our whole kitchen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not only did they over charge for redoing our kitchen, they did it awful and tried to pretend like it was ok. When I asked if they would like this kitchen their response was "it looks better than your old one.." We paid 4,000 over sticker price for our hardwood floors and they flat out lied to use about how much it costed because they knew our insurance covered it. They over priced our kitchen and told us we couldnt get granite when we had the money in the insurance to do it. But wait, it gets better, when we complained about their services, they put a lean on our home! How unprofessional can they be?! PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. Mastercare of Orange County cleaned our 15 year old light beige carpet and we are thrilled with the results. Over the years it started to mat and show the traffic areas. They were confident that they could renew the look of the carpet, but I was skeptical! I was impressed with their knowledge of carpet fibers and cleaning techniques.
