The quote we got from the plumber that came to our house was high and not particularly well-explained. However, I spoke with the manager of the company later, and he was awesome. He listened to my concerns, understood where I was coming from and sought to make it right. I was impressed by his integrity. Although we didn't use the company for this issue, I would in the future simply based upon the manager's (and owner's) response. I will add that the tech that came to our house was friendly and on time. I just wished he spent a bit more time trying to solve the problem and explain. Tech Came on time and was very polite. Changed a part to my kitchen sink and said he tightened all of the other pipes. After he left I noticed after I ran the water a few minutes it still leaked. Master craft plumbers really came through for me when I needed help fast. I had a water pipe leaking in my ceiling (I know what a great design!) that threatened to mold and cause structural damage to my house. Brett got someone out to assess the situation in less than a couple hours (thank you Turner!) on short notice and had the same gentlemen out the next day to fix the pipe. My mother told me he took his time and was meticulous in searching for additional pin holes in our pipes. So he phoned me back to apologize (there was no need--it was Christmas eve!) and offered me an appointment for Wednesday, four days out. When I walked into the garage this morning to take my kids to school I was greeted with pools of water everywhere and water streaming out of my water heater. I contacted Mastercraft because there was a recurring clog in my drain pipes from both my master and guest bathrooms. I was immediately contacted by Joe, the President of the company, received an appointment, and within 72 hours my pipes were clean and operating as if they were new. What I most enjoyed about this company is that Joe included me in the process. I was able to watch the camera he used to look through the pipes. Additionally, he showed me how his high pressure pipe cleaning system worked and made several passes within our pipes to ensure they were as clean as possible. By total accident, a hole was created in one of my skylights during the project, and without hesitation, Joe ensured a new one was on site and installed the same day. Throughout the service, Joe would check-in with me to ensure I was happy with everything. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction are unparalleled in comparison to past services I have received.
