Worst experience. Been here a bunch and always loved the place, food was great and the waitstaff but not this time. Never got asked if I need another drink, never received the sauce I asked for, food was cooked terribly. Wasn't the normal waitresses, seemed to be all new faces but still expect the same service as before. I'm not.one to write reviews but legitimately the food and service was terrible, can't explain how bad the waitstaff was and my burger was cooked like a hockey puck. Really nothing to complain about at this place. When I'm in the area I get the same thing every time. A Guinness beer brat with provolone cheese, mayo, grilled veggies and Dijon mustard. The bomb! I tried making these at home but of course they don't come out the same. I also try the soup of the day. Every soup that I've had is delicious. We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious. The beer was awesome. Request an appetizer right away. The wait is at least 30 to 45 minutes for your order. They definitely are under staffed. The one thing I would do is put a sign at the entrance to direct diners to either seat yourself or wait to be seated. We felt a bit awkward as to what to do. Marginal at best. To start with, this establishment is not following ANY of the state mandated Covid guidelines. Wait staff is not masked. Kitchen staff is not masked. Social distancing is nonexistent. Customers come and go, masked or not and management does nothing. They'll probably cry and whine when stricter restrictions are put on them, but they had the chance to do the right think and chose not to. They have been reported to the state health department . They're typical of the reason this pandemic is dragging on. Total disregard for public health and safety Service is abysmal. Went in after the lunch rush. One person working tables and not that busy. Wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. It was a full half hour before getting something to drink and being able to order. The one lady working seemed more interested in chatting with customers at the bar than helping customers waiting to order When I finally got my food (some kind of bbq burger), the bottom of the bun was a soggy mess and had to be discarded. Nothing hand held about this burger. Fork and knife only. What was edible tasted ok. Fries were good. Beer? Fair. I've done much better as a home brewer. read more

My husband liked the great beer selection and I liked that I could choose to order a 5 oz glass of cider instead of 12 oz. I ordered a cup of soup and we decided to split a wedge salad. One of our friends ordered a burger, which he said was great. The other ordered a BLT and it was the best. My soup came just as we were finishing the rest of the food. The server brought a bowl, not a cup, and after taking so long it really wasn't even hot enough. It was beer, cheddar and sausage soup, the only soup on the menu, and it felt curdled somehow. The "wedge" salad was actually two hearts of romaine with very little blue cheese and a balsamic dressing on the side. Seems like they need to review the menu. We'll try it again next time we're in the area but I'm sure the BLT is the way to go. And I appreciate that they airfry! read more

This place has a lot of potential and from what I hear it used to be great. It needs to be managed ... differently/better. We arrived with a large party and the waitresses were obviously annoyed. Which I somewhat understand considering there were only 2 of them serving and bartending. It then took us probably 40 min to have our order taken (after she asked us if we were ready and we said yes) and another hour before we got food. In that hour there were no drink refills. My husband ordered a salad and he didn't receive it until everyone else was finished eating. We watched multiple customers walk in, stand there for 5 min awkwardly and then finally walk out because the waitresses walked right past them and never acknowledged them. The food is okay but it's not good enough to justify coming there again with how bad the service was. The waitress was nice, just spread way too thin. If it was a random Tuesday I'd understand but it's literally Saturday night. read more

Stopped in here last night for a beer before heading back to my parents place. They had a great selection of beers and were serving tacos for Taco Tuesday. I wasn't hungry but they looked good. This place seems new to deer park and was quite busy. Located in downtown deer park it had lots of parking available and a friendly staff. They had plenty of space for larger parties and had the baseball game on the TV (Mariners) which was nice because I couldn't find it playing at other places. They also have a great selection of wine for all you winos out there! The food is also absolutely delicious that it's hard not to eat here everyday. The first time in months that we have been able to dine in and I will tell you Masters did not disappoint! We live in Deer Park and have never taken the time to stop in pre-Covid. Very clean restaurant with several seating options. Because of their location parking is no problem. My husband ordered the Roundabout Stout and I had the pear cider both were excellent. He had the Cuban sandwich and I had the mushroom burger. They both were delicious. I upgraded my fries to the garlic Parmesan fries and enjoyed them as well. Great food Sunday 4.3.22 however restaurant apparently understaffed. At every phase of the meal we were ignored. To the point I sat at the bar hoping to refill our table's drinks but again, ignored. Second time in since they opened. Great friendly atmosphere. First time in was just two adults. Ordered the Bacon Ranch Sandwich and homemade Potato Salad. Other order was a brat and French fries. Was exceptionally great. The homemade Potato Salad was amazing! Even had real bacon in it. Second time in was with the whole family. Two adults and two kids. Ordered the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Scottish Ale Brat, kids- Grilled Nutella, and kids- Grilled Cheese. Everyone enjoyed the food. Kids especially liked that they only served Craft Sodas. Very family friendly. Have a shuffle board, dart board, and wall of games. I'm in love with the tables. They are so unique and pretty. Slightly odd things. Bathroom location is in a back hall and shared with other businesses. The giant wall of beer mugs that are numbered? Why? What's it for? That is really about it. Having just moved to WA and Deer Park in particular we love the concept and addition to the area. The owners are hands on and take the time to get to know you. I have a rare and very serious food allergy and they take care of it and with kindness each time I have been in. My daughter, who goes in there all the time called the beginning of the month to reserve a table for 15 for my sons birthday. The waitress seemed very irritated we were there, never came to check on us after we got our food, never filled our drinks, we had a five year old at the table who didn't even get her drink til after she ate. Our well done burgers were pink but she never bothered to check on us. She was in such a hurry to get us out after we ate she asked my daughter if she was done yet with her almost full burger, didn't offer a box. Then each of us got charged 18% gratuity for the worst service I have ever received. The waitress was extremely rude and made it very clear she did not want to wait on a big table. Probably because she knew no matter how bad her service she was still taking her 18%. Gratuity is not to be expected, absolute worst service. This is a great brewery and restaurant. The beer is wonderful and food is out of this world. It's hard to find a good Cuban or Bahn mi sandwich and both are spot on. I don't know how they make it but the beer cheese sauce is wonderful best I have had. Highly recommend! read more

We've been in here several times. Love the burgers, the brats, and the beers (I'm an IPA and Amber fan and these did not disappoint). Great staff too.
