It is kinda dark and spooky in here. Not really in a good way either. But this is burgers so I am not too concerned. Employees are all very friendly so that is cool. And busy too, they keep moving and keep the place clean. Food was good overall. Seems a little pricey but you get a lot of food so that is nice at least. Most of my onion rings were stuck together, more like a big onion ring patty. Happens sometimes, but the person pulling these should have checked before giving me mostly not quite fully cooked mega rings. The ones cooke properly were good though. Back to the decor for a moment. Just going full Wednesday Addams and painting everything black when you take over a location feels like a lack of effort on the part of the owner/franchisee. At least paint some of the red lightning bolts from your logo on the wall, or even a great big K. It would only cost like $50 for some real personality. read more

I will start by saying the staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The peanut butter burger was the most vile burger I have ever had but I am at fault for ordering it. The only thing I tasted was peanut butter and sugar. I should have not ordered it but in my opinion it shouldn't be served either. $20.00 meal was an absolute waste of money. Very good burger and service. The ambiance was very chaotic. Kids dancing, parents yelling, and all seats taken. My 7 year old had chicken tenders and rated them a 10/10. I tried Killer Burger down in Portland a few weekends back and looked to ser if there was one closer to where I live in Seattle... No such luck. But I did find this one located near where my in laws live. My wife and I happen to be in Spokane, so I announced we have to go to this new place I want to take them. We were looking for somewhere to eat on our way home from the airport (we live in Idaho) and saw the sign off the freeway so we decided to stop. Long story short, we had decided we actually weren't going to eat there anymore after walking in but the guy at counter wasn't going to stand for that. He asked why so we explained and he was like no, I've got you guys and was not going to take no for answer. His name was Brandon and he gave some of the best customer service we had seen in a very long time. He went above and beyond before, and after, we got our food. Fries were good, could improve on ensuring us customers get what we paid for. Paying attention to food notes is also highly important when it comes to intolerance and allergies. Wow!! This was the best burger I have had in a long time! I visited on a Thursday night ~6pm and there was no line to order. I got the TEEMAH burger with fries and their House sauce. It took about 15mins for the food to come out and everything was perfectly done. The burger was flavorful and juicy. I loved their house sauce- it was tangy mustardy perfection. The place was pretty busy but there were open tables. Felt very clean and had a lively atmosphere. It's casual but elevated. I found my burger place! I got the purist and brah, you won't be disappointed. You would think that a simple cheese burger with bacon would be average given that they put only mayo and ketchup and brah was I wrong.
