That dish never came. When we asked about it, our server said she didn't hear us order it. Mistakes happen, and we understand that, but combined with the other issues, it added to an already disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the overall feeling throughout the meal. It was very apparent that the staff was ready for the night to be over. I really wanted to like 24 Carat, especially being a local restaurant in Erie, but unfortunately the food temperature, missed order, and overall service made this a disappointing visit. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.
