    2 egg breakfast with sausage

The food was good. The service was exceptional. Ordered the smothered burrito and the egg breakfast with meat. The burrito is good with homemade potatoes and green chili. A little skimpy on the chili. The coffee is a bit bitter and lacking but its the only real ding . It is an elevated breakfast at a higher price-point.

Seems like a really popular place, but everything seemed kind of just okay to us taste-wise, like my wife says I she likes my pancakes better. A bit off-putting that you have to pay $3 for "real" maple syrup.

Very cute location with lots of local art on the walls for sale The food was good. Just not exactly what we expected. The omelettes appear to be hot scrambled eggs sitting on top of cold spinach and tomatoes. I got the big ranch breakfast which was more of a skillet I was surprised at the lack of soda choice. I am a soda junky and need my morning carbonation. However, they don't carry anything carbonated yet calorie free. Such as a sparkling water or any type of diet soda. I get the clean approach but you can still be clean and meet your customers expectations. Don't just order water as it tastes like it has gone over. Again, it was a good breakfast. A wee bit pricey.... A regular coffee was $4.50. It was a $50 breakfast for 2.....

Always good food, great service. Only down side is it's always so busy and noisy so hard to have a conversation.

Really great gluten-free option in the area, we got pancakes, and they were great. They also have gluten-free bread options. What really sit out to be during this meal was the service, our waitress was super friendly, attentive and helpful. She got us a bunch of random stuff that we asked for and even split our bill three ways!

Solid for either breakfast or lunch. Often they have available seating but for peak times a reservation would be smart. Seating is available both inside and out doors. My go to of late has been the "Denver omelette" which is not really a Denver omelette. They have bacon in eggs with avocado, side of potato or fruit, and toast. Most recently I got the turkey sandwich and it would have been a hit if they had toasted the bread. The soft bread just was unappealing. The latter, however, was both beautiful and tasty and somewhat made up for the sandwich.

I had a lovely experience for brunch at Morning Glory. Emma, my server, was friendly and attentive. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere calm and relaxing, though just a touch warm (I was sitting outside at around noon, so to be expected). It's hard to make potatoes taste bad. Well, it's also hard to make potatoes taste AMAZING and I will say Morning Glory's roasted potatoes that come with their omelets are probably THE BEST I've had anywhere. So crispy, yet soft enough, and well seasoned. The fruit was FRESH and perfectly ripe. I'd visit here again for sure!

Delish aspen omelet!!!! Potatoes are insane!!!

Service is great and the food is delish!! Highly recommend any omelet! I also got a cafe latte which hit the spot :-)

This is a cafe where they can prepare a full meal and yet you may not call it a "full service restaurant". You can also order something upfront and be on the go so I enjoyed the "casual" approach. I hadn't had my morning coffee yet; I was a bit overdue for that as a matter of fact. I first asked for the Cold Brew but the young lady upfront said they were all out of it for the day. Bummer...I hence opted for an Iced Latte. I also asked for one the traditional Greek Butter Cookies/Biscuits. And all for to go. As much as I wanted to immerse myself into the exquisite ambient atmosphere inside the cafe, I somehow shied away from doing so as most of the tables were occupied by people with some chatters (they weren't loud or anything however ); I simply wanted some "me time" all by myself in my own car. As much as this place is beautiful, the service was a bit too slow. My simple iced latte and butter cookie/biscuit took about 15 minutes before they were handed to me (while I was awaiting though, an older lady who came out of the kitchen area gave me a nice warm smile and asked if she could assist me. To which I replied, "I am waiting for my beverage and pastry ". As soon as I had said that they were finally ready. Oh boy, I almost thought they had forgotten about me!) But my patience paid off at the end. I really enjoyed my beverage and pastry especially the iced latte. It was well-made in a 16oz cup in a generous pour. The perfect mixture of the espresso shots and the milk; mmmmm!! The butter cookie/biscuit was light and had a hint of butteriness; sure was a nice accomplishment to my cold refreshing latte. The quality didn't disappoint me. While I strongly doubt that I would bother to come all the way up here just to dine at this cafe even for its cuteness, it's a nice place to remember in case I happen to find myself in the neighborhood. This place deserves a perfect 4-star review based on my experience today. And I hope that the service improves a bit in the future.

Waiting wasn't a chore because there are quirky shops in the corridor outside the entrance, including a used bookshop. Our waitress was lively and very quick to get our order in and out on the table. I had an English muffin, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, two eggs, swiss, with a side of potatoes. On the menu it's called Louisville Muffin. I really liked it with the stack of veggies under the eggs. Bookguy had Carol's Potatoes: chorizo gravy-covered potatoes topped with two eggs, and a side of toast. He especially liked the chorizo gravy. A third member of our group ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything came out just the way she liked it. It's a bit noisy when it's packed with diners as it was this day, but the food is great so no doubt we will be back when in Louisville.

My girlfriend took me and my children here for Father's Day this past weekend. We had reservations,…read morebut was surprised to find the dining room 1/2 to a 1/3rd empty the entire time there. Despite this, the "kitchen was backed up" and received our order roughly 40-45 minutes after we ordered. This was not an issue for me so much as I kind of expected that on Father's Day, but considering the dining room was not packed I assumed this was a staffing issue. I was more annoyed by the fact that after we received our drink order and placed our food order it was another 15-20 minutes until we saw our waiter again. She passed by several times, clearing tables etc and would not make eye contact so I could order more drinks. I was about to go to the bar when she finally showed up. She was very nice but also very absent. I think she may have been working the patio as well, but the other servers inside seemed to be much more attentive to their tables. The food was quite good. I enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs quite a bit. I was a little disappointed by the spartan amount of sausage gravy and I asked for the poached eggs medium (firm white and runny yolks), but as in every restaurant, they served be extremely runny whites and yolks. The biggest turn off, however, was the 2% "Operational charge" on the bill. Boulder County now has a minimum wage for tipped employees at $16.82 as well as the expectation of a 20% tip, yet restaurants have the gall to charge these additional fees so that their customers, not the business support their employees. Raise the prices of your products by 2% to cover operational costs like any other business. It is very off-putting to ask your customers to pony up additional funds separately to support your business. When I see these add on charges I will not be supporting your business in the future.

A real hidden gem in Erie…read more 24 Carrot Bistro is a farm to table restaurant in Erie Colorado making fantastic dishes from local seasonal ingredients. I've been wanting to check this spot out after visiting the equally fantastic Birdhouse close by. We came for brunch on a Sunday, and while they are busy, seating is readily available. First, I have to say that the drinks are fantastic. I got the 24 Carrot Magic, a tequila based drink made with carrot juice. It is perfectly balance and dang smooth. A really perfect drink for brunch. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp and Grits and my wife got the special of the day, chicken and biscuit. The portion size is perfect for both dishes. For the Grilled Shrimp and Grits, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, plump, and juicy and the grits were buttery without being too rich and oily, which perfectly complimented the shrimp. The andouille sausage adds a perfect salty bite to the dish, and the fresh greens and crispy noodle rounds out the dish. As for the chicken and biscuit, the dish came out hot and juice. The biscuit is glazed with a jalapeño honey which compliments the dish perfectly. The biscuit has a nice crisp to it but still fluffy and buttery inside, and I think it's one of the better biscuit in the Denver metro area. The chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned. Overall, 24 Carrot Bistro is a fantastic restaurant. The brunch menu has many attractive options, and I definitely will be back to try dinner. Additionally, as a farm to table restaurant, their menu changes seasonally and by their dishes on Instagram, this is definitely a restaurant I could see myself returning to check out new seasonal menu items.
