He also took out the broken window FIRST and then went and assembled the replacement which took him over THIRTY MINUTES with a huge gaping hole in my room for all the mosquitos and flies to come in! He should have had the new window READY TO GO--BEFORE---he took the damaged one out! That is a no-brainer! He told me to "have a nice day" WITHOUT a smile as he left and gave me a dirty look! As I was checking Yelp for options, Glass Doctor came up and I saw Terry E's great review so I went with it! I was able to schedule my appointment right over the phone with Glass Doctor. I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.
