There was a drop box to put your key in. The next day around lunch, we got a phone call regarding the status of the car and what other fixes it needed. Aside from the oil change, we needed some filters changed and tire alignments. The prices were good and the people we dealt with were friendly and they seemed honest and reliable. He's an excellent mechanic, charges very reasonable rates, and above all was always honest. When something wasn't worth repairing, he would say so even though it meant money out of his pocket. Up until a few months ago I would have given 5 stars and a glowing review. But Gerry retired this summer and sold the business to a young guy named Alex. I saw no reason not to give Alex a chance, so I scheduled a brake job and oil change with him. I dropped my car off the night before and dropped the key in the mail slot, as usual. My car sat there the next day without moving. I called but got only an answering machine, so I stopped by at 4pm. The place was closed and locked. So I left the car thinking they got busy and he would do it tomorrow. The next day, same story. The car just sat there and when I stopped in, nobody was there. WTH?! So I got my spare key and took my car back. I asked at the business next door what was going on and found out the new owner got COVID and closed for a week. Was he sick in the hospital? No, just COVID positive. He feels fine. There were multiple other customers all in the same boat. Our keys locked up inside the building with nobody to give them back. At least one person even had their car locked up inside. Well, a full week went by and finally I got a phone call from them. No, not from Alex the owner, but from the family friend helping him with the business. He was calling to apologize. No, sorry, you don't get to apologize your way out of this one. Especially when the owner is too much of a coward to do the apologizing himself. He could have called people to cancel their appointments, or even simply put a note on the door so people wouldn't drop their keys in the mail slot. But he did absolutely nothing. He just screwed over multiple customers without a single care. I will never set foot in that building again and I recommend you don't either.

Since the previous owner retired, there is a new owner in place, with a new crew (I don't even recall any other employees with the last one, though I'm sure he had at least a couple). My father has been using Primos for years and told me he liked the new owner, and my sister had gotten an oil change for her Honda Pilot which was quite a bit cheaper than my coupe, despite it needing synthetic. I have since allowed my father to take my vehicle to this shop for minor repairs due to use over the years (LED strip on the deck lid (trunk lid, not sure how else to describe it for those who aren't vehicle savvy), deck lid remote mechanism (had to open the trunk from the driver's side after years of using the fab and button the lid). I also took the car for an oil change. Cheaper all around and a super pleasant owner. Give them a call, or take your car down there and talk to the guy. See for yourself.

They PERFECTLY soldiered at least 6 to 8 lights back in place. They actually repaired more lights then I thought had failed. Could not be happier and now I can see the speedometer at night going over 40mph and tell the time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for repair.

Then they told me they had worked on it but it was fine. This company is very disorganized and keeps poor records. How do you offer lifetime warranty if you have no record keeping? oh wait, life time warranty and 100% satisfaction is a lie... If your belt is locked up or damaged its better to just buy new from the manufacturer then to deal with these con-artists.

Yes they were busy and maybe could not fit my car in that day. However the condition that I was in I could always leave my car until there was an opening. I had to leave and my car legit stalled on me in the middle of the road THREE times as I reversed before I was able to get it going into drive again. To have a customer leave in a vehicle that is hazardous to the road is ridiculous! My vehicle stalls when I slow down to a certain point, even when a vehicle would be braking in front of me. I got rude service the last time I came from a previous job to be done last year too. I thought I'd try again. NOPE!
