DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE THE DRIVE!! I didn't listen to the reviews and drove 2 hours on good faith that the truck I was looking at would be perfect like they said. When I got there they were swapping off different parts from the same make and model but different year truck. The check engine light was on and all they did was clear it. They couldn't get their story straight on what the check engine light was for. They said it was on for the mirror which makes so sense at all. It was missing the windshield washer cap under the hood. They sprayed an oil undercoat to cover all the rust and rot. The truck bed had several rot holes straight through it. The brake light was on but the parking brake was not engaged. They were rudely trying to haggle after I already said I was going to pass, and even offered to switch parts back and forth between the two trucks. The salesman Connor said the check engine light was on but he didn't know what for then when we looked at the truck it was cleared and he said "Oh! They must've fixed the problem." And then after someone else came out he magically knew what it was for. When I took the truck for a test drive in had an exhaust manifold tick as well. These guys sell modded trucks that have been used and abused by the rich kids who sold them. I bought a 6.7 from Mastriano in June, and since then Ive had: - Electrical problems - 4x4 issues - Power steering leak And now the thing is leaking oil at such an alarming rate I can't drive it to the dealer, i have to have it towed. I've put about $5000 in repairs into this truck in less than two months, plus whatever this leak is going to cost me. If you want a flashy truck with some interesting (or in my case, questionable) mods and don't mind paying money (or your parents money) to fix the problems they ignored, go with Mastriano. 6 days ago bot a 2012 equus sonetime back, car showed and drove perfect. As time went on I was proud of this car, washed it all the time.. after a some time the paint was getting dull. Now the car shows where it had a pretty good size accident.. When I called, and sent a letter from my lawyer..So I drove to the dealership, joe Mastriano looked at it, opened the door scanned the vin # and showed me, look clean carfax..Then said the car was hit by a shopping cart.. I'd sure like to see the size of the shopping cart, cause it was the whole rear quarter.. I was going to sue them but let it go. But now I'm having trouble selling cause people think I'm covering up the accident.. This was the second vehicle I bot from them.. I really liked them. But they did me so wrong.. The sales guy was nice enough and let us take it for a test drive, let us put it up on a lift to do our own inspection, so they really were flexible and accommodating. We put a deposit down but after careful thought, we decided not to proceed, as we thought the price was to much. I would return again, if needed. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought an 06 diesel f350 for about $23,000. In good faith I did not haggle with the price I was assured by Joe everything was good on the truck at purchase and it had new injectors. He was firm it was a solid truck. I'd prefer not to be writing this and talk about things like men being fair but I guess thats the way things are there. After purchasing it a day later was leaking brought it back about 4 more times to be repaired and still wasn't fixed. They tried to hack it back together instead of buying a $2 dollar oring to fix it properly and hack the cooling system. Truck then broke down about 3 more times had to have it towed each time which costs a fortune. Fuel system lift pump failed and Joe was trying to tell me it was gelled up because the cold when I am running antigel in the system. Truck sat in my driveway for the first 4.5 months I owned it. Would not refund me or give me another option. Had to borrow cars to get around. Finally they decided to "fix" it after over a month of arguing with him. I was offered a old rental from there for about a total of two weeks out of the 4.5 months it sat in my driveway. Another couple months went by injectors failed. Joe's exact words to me were "you signed the papers right?". Thats the response I get for doing business with this place makes you sick. Had to spend another $1800 plus labor, and they would not stand behind their word, anything they sell or except any responsibility. Drove another few months motors gone. Was offered to be diagnosed but I wouldn't trust them to put air in the tire right. Now upside down in a loan they could care less once you sign there he wants nothing to do with you. Shoty business, hacks, and theives. Stay away from this place go anywhere else. Overpriced junk, horrible service and owner a scam artist. read more

If I had the choice I'd choose zero stars. Most unprofessional shop in the state of NH. Head salesman Richard "DICK" Thomas is so unprofessional, lacks communication, respect and maybe a shower as well. Sold me a truck that I couldn't pick up for 3 days just for some backrack lights being wired to drive it home and my transmission over heating like there's no tomorrow. Should I mention the countless grind end parts they lack to service or the golf ball sized hole in the frames they filled with grease and spray coated over. Where do I begin? Communication is absolutely terrible. I understand during the time of covid, things can be hectic and take a little longer, well I bought a truck early September and they finally registered it almost 2 months after purchasing. I was technically driving my truck without insurance without my knowledge. They kept saying it will be registered on "this day" and that day always came and it was a new excuse. Next, they sell me a truck with a side mirror issue, no big deal because they said they will "make it right". Here we are, into January and not one attempt on their end to reach out to me to fix it. I went to this dealership a couple days ago, the salesperson said the price was in the 20's (we saw it on their site for 19k). After a test drive, we started showing interest in moving forward. All the usual ensued- politely insulting our credit (assuring us "miracles do happen"), dodging our questions and insisting we wait for any specifics. 10 minutes later they came out with a handwritten figure of several thousand down beyond what we previously indicated what might be possible and a monthly payment that simply didn't make sense. We responded by saying we'd bring our own financing and would like an actual price for the truck, as well as a price for the trade-in we were bringing in. That's when the masks really came off- the dealer actually refused to give us a vehicle price- any price- insisting we agree to a monthly/down payment combo. They claimed that they didn't know the price, which is absurd, that it "depends on the bank". Well, wait a second- if it depends on the bank, that actually logically means that the price depended on the maximum loan for the vehicle they could find- in other words, the highest price they could possibly get away with. The trucks market value is around $15k, and I estimate they were shooting for a loan right around the $25k mark. I don't know who would give such a loan, but we didn't want it. When we put our feet down and insisted the dealer negotiate on the terms of an actual vehicle price, the salesman (the owner of the business I believe) responded with "don't let the door hit you on the way out". I still am in disbelief that they actually refused to give us ANY vehicle price. Stay far away from these people- read up on shady dealer tactics before going anywhere. If nothing else do not negotiate based on monthly payments because no matter how bad your credit is, if you don't see an actual vehicle price you are being scammed. read more

My brother Bought a 2015 lifted Dodge Ram w 35s. Replaced 2 wheel bearings, 1 lower ball joint, Front brakes and rotors, Oil pan and gasket , 2 front cv axles 4 new tires. Cheap oil pan was rusted out had to replace it as soon as I got the truck. Got 1 year out of the brakes and ball joints. The radio just shut down completely out of no where for no reason. Now I am back to the mechanic once again today. I have had nothing but problems since day one with this truck. Steer clear of this place! Point blank, they sell over priced junk and Rich the manager is not helpful at all and doesn't care about the customer. They will pressure you to buy and offer you nothing for your trade in. Their vehicles seemed to have flaws that were covered up by undercoating and there was over spray all over a truck I looked at . I tested drove a truck and the 4wd didn't engage. The transmission also slammed into gears and U-joints were squeaking .I asked before hand If there were any issues with the truck and they said zero. My husband and I drove all the way up from Berkley, MA to purchase a truck. They had it falsely advertised as having power windows and power locks (it had neither, in fact the locks don't even work properly) Then a few months later my husband was driving and one of the tires flew off and hit another vehicle. Upon having a mechanic inspect the other tires all the lug nuts were able to be turned BY HAND! The dealership denied liability and sent us a $100 gift card for our trouble (which we haven't used). Buyer Beware !! I recently bought a 2002 Dodge ram from this place . I dealt with the manager Ken which wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. The truck needed a little TLC as far as needing new tires, aliment and cleaning up the interior . I don't know to much on cars or trucks but enough of the basics. This guy swore up and down it was a solid truck other than the little work it needed . I had to pick it up after hours and that's where it all started .I got the smell of anti freeze in the cab which I thought was strange but said" hey they probably topped of the coolant and spilled some" not so much . It started leaking in the cab two days after buying it .. Soild truck huh clearly hidden defect. I already spent $1100 on tires, aliment and ti rod . The heating core is what broke cost $60 for the part and $800 $1000 in labor . I called to square this up and was told basically to screw myself to bad so sad . First off I just want to say that Mike and Rich a couple of good guys. I had bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Dually 3500 diesel. A couple of days after the sale the interior of the truck smelled really bad. Then 3 days after that the check engine light came on. Turns out there was a module that went bad and as for the smell inside the guy they had detailing used stagnant water that was in the extractor and that's why the truck smelled. Mike and Rich knew I wasn't happy with the truck and said please give us a chance to make it right. Well they did and I am very happy with my 2014 F 350 super duty Lariat diesel. They took that dodge truck back and put me in my new one. They took care of me so I brought my husband back with me and he bought a Denali. When we looked at the Denali the seat was ripped and it had a few scratches and such here and there. Rich said whatever is damaged on it I will fix it (they hadn't gone thru it yet...they just got it in) and he did... we picked it up and the truck looks beautiful....after all it is a used car but they wanted to make sure we were all very happy. They get an A in my book...and trust me....I am a tough customer. I made them work for it! read more

Place is unreal, good at first, after purchase of my truck during week 1 started falling apart. One thing after another head light went out, truck was "serviced" before sale a 4" piece of the air filter was sucked through the turbo and caused the truck to stall out on the highway, turbo had to be taken apart, along with the the turbo inlet being replaced along with the entire intake system. The "body work and paint" was done subpar to say the least and started chipping off during the first wash down to the prime . Along with that they painted over rust that was on the bed, cab corners and frame. Wait there's more,the abs sensor that was "replaced" was done wrong, brakes started to make a loud high pitch noise, it was the abs sensor broken off and stuck in between the rotor and caliber. To top it all off, they would NOT stand behind my 30 day warranty and still have contacted me back after multiple attempts of trying to work out a solution. Do NOT buy from this dealership. read more
