I showed up as stated, 40 minute wait, and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my single pizza and breadsticks. Was given only 1 update and was told only 4 minutes as it's in the oven... waited an additional 20 to get my food. My food was cold, not fresh. I've been eating there for 10 yrs, and will no longer return. Save your money, and time. Cuz you'll be waiting for cold food. read more

Delicious wood fired pizza AND FRESH MADE SAUCE! They have some weird stipulations like you can't double double cheese or double pepperoni on a two topping pizza with out paying extra They charge for red pepper flakes They don't have the most awesome customer service but it's the best pizza around, so all of that considered, it's still worth it. I am a subcontractor just decided to try this place. I ordered a ham and cheese grinder. Food was excellent really fresh staff is very friendly I would definitely go back again! Also seen that they were selling a local made barbecue sauce which I think it's awesome that they are supporting a local business. Next time I will definitely pay attention to the lunch specials and dinner specials looks like they got some pretty good deals. read more

If I want to spend a little more than chain pizza, I go for Zippy's. Zippy twists are the best bread in the area, cream cheese & pizza sauce to go with garlicky goodness. Pizza is very good as well, but bread is great. read more

Zippy's pizza is hands-down the best pizza in Swartz Creek. We get the large Special and an order of Zippy Bread which feeds four drunks easily! Those other reviewers who are bitching about their pizza being "greasy" or "average" don't know a good pizza when they meet one. Zippy's crust is just the right combination of chewy and crunchy. Twice now they gave me my pizza in a bag instead of a pizza box. First time I thought they ran out, today I bought a xl and it's the same. A piece of cardboard with a brown bag over it. Not practical at all. And got some breadsticks that were cold and a little under down. Xl pizza and a breadstick and it took almost an hour. For the price and the awkwardness of getting a pizza in a bag, I would go somewhere else. Toppings were average taste. Cheese was good quality. read more

Nice little local pizza place in Swartz Creek. Their prices are a little high, but they do have a good Thursday special. The pizza is good, the Stromboli is even better. I do think, however, that a $3 fee for chicken on a pizza is a bit much. It's considered a premium topping I guess. Most of the staff is friendly, however I've had the older lady be rude a couple times when she didn't know the answer to my question. All in all though, we get pizza from here fairly often because it's good and we like to support small local businesses. They have sandwiches and other stuff on the menu too, but we've only tried the pizza and Stromboli so far. read more

This is the truth I couldn't make this up ever. I still can't believe it. For $27 we got one of our pizza's today from here in a PAPER GROCERY BAG!!! No explanation no sorry no discount just nasty. Y'all this can't be made up the only thing that goes through your mind is WTF this is FUBAR!! I wish I could add the pictures to show you but you'll be able to find them just look for them. Just an average pizza place. The breadsticks are really good especially if you like garlic butter!! Their large pizzas are huge!!! And the special you get on Thursdays is a large one topping for $7, it's a steal!!!! Find it weird they put pizzas in a brown paper bag material rather than a pizza box. The price is decent. Took them an average amount of time to have it ready. The pizza was super thin and extremely greasy. The grease soaked through the bag it came in and onto my car seat. It was so greasy I couldn't even eat it. read more

Zippy's has awesome pizza, but the staff is rude. I called and ordered my pizza. The woman who answered the phone was very short and condescending. Then when I went to pick up my ordered, I had to wait. She took three phone orders taking around 10 minutes. Then to add insult to injury, they make their costumers eat the cost of surge chargers of credit and debit cards. read more

We ordered a large pizza order on the phone and the lady that answered was so rude we decided to just call someone else. She stated that the delivery charge has gone up and my friend inquired as to when that happened and she very rudely said she would be happy to deliver but not for free. Not sure where that anger came from but we didn't expect it for free. We just wondered when the change had taken place. There are great pizza places all over. Certainly people will move on if your customer service skills are so bad! The guy at Little Cesar's was super nice and I would rather go there than be treated poorly.
