Today I go and pick up my truck and I go upstairs and paid $500 deductible and they tell go pick up your truck downstair, then 10 minutes later let they tell me come back up you have to pay $ 300 more. this isn't how you do business they have lost a great customer over $300

Unfortunately, I couldn't even shift to neutral and had to arrange a tow (which they also offered to help with, if I didn't have it covered by insurance). My car was deeply keyed along 90-95% of the whole passenger side; the front passenger door was kicked, and the bottom of the rear passenger door & adjacent skirt was damaged, as well. I cried when I saw the damage; I love my car and its unique body style! And I was very worried about having it repaired to my quality standards.
