If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is terrible! Came on a Monday afternoon and the shop was about 80% full. Placed our order and asked the cashier if she put in a particular drink and she said yes. We paid and then she read off the printed receipt and the drink we asked about was not on there so we had to place a separate order. Not a good start. We had to settle for a table that someone just left and cleaned it ourselves. I went to ask for napkins since both dispensers were empty and the person behind the counter handed me two napkins from a package behind the counter and didn't bother refilling the dispensers. The waffle is $13.50, which was overly chewy and tasteless. The matcha drinks had a nice green color but there was no matcha taste. The smoothie was bland and underwhelming. We spent $60 on four drinks and a waffle, and left completely dissatisfied. Safe to say we are never coming back. read more

As for the service, when I went, the lady was FaceTiming someone. She would stop when I stepped up but it didn't seem very professional as she didn't take initiative to ask me if I needed any help. I moved into the area recently and while driving around I saw this bright pink matcha spot in the middle of a strip mall and I decided to go check it out. The menu is decently sized with plenty of drink options as well as frozen yogurt and some snacks/sandwiches. The customer service was honestly pretty poor, as someone who works in food service it always baffles me when people aren't nice to their guests. After my interactions, I was let down and ready for this place to just be another overpriced instagram hotspot. Luckily, my drink and my sandwich were pretty good. Maybe not worth the $7 and $14 respectively, but it wasn't a waste of money. Ultimately, it is a very cute and eye catching, instagram/ tiktok worthy spot, but upon further inspection the furniture is a bit dirty, the people aren't very hospitable, and the food does not fully live up to the price tag. The seating was limited and the store was really hot due to the big glass window - it could use some tinting or blinds for the customers.
