MIke came to our assistance quickly in a very nice, clean truck. He is very professional and personable, with a soothing manner during what wa a very scary experience with Mac trucks whizziing by us on the shoulder at 70+mile / hour. First on the scene was Hawks' large semi (the size of a commercial moving van) which parked behind us and placed bright orange "warning structures" on the ground to warn the oncoming traffic to slow down becuase there was an "accident".. As a result, my elderly mother and I felt very safe and in good hands as we sat in Hawk's clean, comforatble tow truck while Mike loaded our car onto his tow truck's flat bed. Mike was especially gentle and caring in the manner in whch he helped my mother get into his clean, comfortable tow truck. We had a very nice calming chat on the way to the dealership where our car's flat tire was replaced.
