Bear with me, because this will be long, but worth a read before you bring it to this heap of a shop.. To start, Nick is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in a "professional" setting. We only brought the car there because the AAA tow driver talked us into bringing it to this nightmare of a place. When my car first got towed there for a flat tire, he called and said "what do you want me to do with this?" uhh...you're supposed to be the mechanic.. how should I know? anyway, we had all of the tires replaced and a free oil change (the nicest thing he did..). He then said there was a problem with my alternator and we said it was ok to replace it because we were frustrated and just wanted the issues fixed. Boy were we wrong. Fast forward 3 months and my car would not start. The defective alternator that he put in killed my battery. We had a second battery put in and brought it back to check the alternator. He said that the alternator was working just fine when anyone else I asked said it was running way too low. He made me feel stupid when I went and told him what other mechanics were saying. He pretty much laughed me out the door. THEN! boom. Another dead battery approx 3 weeks later. Finally had it towed to a different mechanic and they said that the alternator is not running with enough volts to support healthy battery life. They put in a new battery and alternator and I have not had an issue since.. with that at least. 11 months later, my tire went flat. Had it towed there only because of the warranty. He called and said that it is not a warranty issue because there is an issue with my "piece of junk car". Yeah, a man that we paid a lot of money to said this to me.. he even pointed out another car in his lot that he is supposed to be working on and said that was a piece of junk too. Sorry that we don't all have a bunk company the way overcharges so we can buy fancy cars. After arguing with him, we just went back to get the key. Extremely unapologetic and rude rude rude. Got it towed to Midas, they gave me new tires and an alignment for $400. Lord only knows what this trash company would have charged me. I am delighted to be done with him and his company. I will tell everyone I know or speak to about car issues to never go to this place. That's all I have. Thanks for nothing Nick and All About Automotive.

Why?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 04/14, bring my car in cause of maintenance light and check engine light. Omar, tech and mechanic receptionist, takes it and I let him know its probably the catalytic converter. I also told him to check out the maintenance light. Omar calls later in the day asking permission to do a diagnosis to figure out the converter's problem. I approve. Omar calls later in the day with a quote of $1600+ ​ for converter of a 4 cylinder Corolla, 2007. Unfortunately for Omar, I did pass CPS's 7th grade curriculum, so I start shopping around. I go to a different shop, and they want some info that is on the diagnostic. I call Omar up and ask questions about the diagnostic while talking to the other shop. Omar says "what's with the attitude" when I make it clear I am shopping around. He then denies me the service of Wheel - Inn (Wheel Inn) telling me "come pick up your car." Unprofessional but understandable. Like farting during a meeting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 4:30, I come to retrieve my Corolla. Omar took it upon himself to give me and charge me for an oil change. I did not ask for it, nor approve it, nor tell him the oil I want in my car. They put that dirty, substandard synthetic blend ​in my baby, violating my car (she runs on full synthetic only, I had a sticker that showed it too). He argued with me in the shop about lexical semantics. I had no time, I said ill email. I email for a partial refund. This company is not a fan of emails. They call me 3 times (once at 7:50AM , before they even open​). I ask them, 3 times, through email, to email me. They can't do it. They reimburse my purchase. No response when I ask for a warranty on my engine. ------------------------PRO TIP: Get everything in email/writing---------------- 3 stars for doing the right thing, -1 star for Omar's demeanor and violation of my vehicle. Came out with a bottle and squirted something on the car, rubbed with a towel and the paint damage went away like magic. I was so impressed with his ethical and professional manner of doing the repair AT NO COST to me!!! Have to wonder how other shops would have handled this. I hope I never need to but will definitely use them in the future. Don't hesitate to at least go to them for an estimate. Kudos to the manager - much appreciated.

In Feb., I had your dealership check the tires and wheels (repairs and replacement covered by insurance at that time!) and, they told me there were no issues....which was not true, so, now, I am looking at big extra expense for another mistake by your dealership and technicians!! Beyond frustrating AND expensive.. I specifically, made an appointment to have the wheels and tires checked while the insurance was still in place. When this warning light came on, then, the dealership told me I needed $3500 worth of wheels.....which was certainly an issue in Feb., but, again, your people totally missed it!! If you put the car up on the rack, how could it be missed?? Took my car to my previous mechanic and concurred, that, indeed, wheels were damaged and, that should have been recognized when I requested the inspection.....this is a customer service nightmare!!!!
