Posting a concern about the dangerous driver with Dave's Towing that has occurred on multiple…read moreoccasions. On three occasions in the last year, this company has either cut off my family car with our family inside or cut off other drivers on the road, both local streets in Northbrook, Ilinois and on Highway 41 N and in Deerfield. I spoke with Jordan this evening after he failed to use his turn signal on two occasions in front of us in the dark and cut in front with no warning. Had a police car been present, he would lose his license for this kind of reckless driving. The other times were even more severe. Speeding and weaving in and out of cars with the massive flatbed truck and finally on 41 Northbound last year, traveling literally over 80 mph going in and out of cars. I hope that Dave who is the father and owner can stop this from happening again and I would be more than happy to remove this complaint or give them a 5 star rating. I know Dave is a rough guy at times, but this is not acceptable driving behavior from either his son or himself. They can be very helpful guys and should know better. Thank you.

MIke came to our assistance quickly in a very nice, clean truck. He is very professional and personable, with a soothing manner during what wa a very scary experience with Mac trucks whizziing by us on the shoulder at 70+mile / hour. First on the scene was Hawks' large semi (the size of a commercial moving van) which parked behind us and placed bright orange "warning structures" on the ground to warn the oncoming traffic to slow down becuase there was an "accident".. As a result, my elderly mother and I felt very safe and in good hands as we sat in Hawk's clean, comforatble tow truck while Mike loaded our car onto his tow truck's flat bed. Mike was especially gentle and caring in the manner in whch he helped my mother get into his clean, comfortable tow truck. We had a very nice calming chat on the way to the dealership where our car's flat tire was replaced. MIke had been at the dealership before, so he knew his way around and efficiently gave us door-to-door service. Net, net - Mike was the hero of the day taking excellent care of us and my mother's car, and he really took the edge off of what started as a terrifying experience.
