This has my Flexible Spending card locked for this year. Since I used my Flexible Spending card to pay the copay in their office, my servicer says I now owe them that money because I don't have an EOB or final bill. Buyer beware!! Receptionists was unapologetic and told me I'd need to reschedule, no respect or regard for their patients! Rude and no customer service! When I made the…read moreappointment several months ago, they indicated that they could remove my daughter's wisdom teeth during the initial appointment (no separate consultation appointment required) which I found odd so I insisted on scheduling a separate consultation appointment. I specifically scheduled it for the Friday of winter break to ensure she wouldn't miss school, and I tailored our vacation plans to accommodate the Friday appointment. To my surprise I received a call just a few days prior to the appointment telling me the doctor wouldn't be working the Friday of my appointment - no apology, no explanation for why they scheduled my appointment on a date when he wouldn't be working - very robotic, matter of fact delivery. When I asked for new date options, the only time they offered for that week was 8:00 am. Thursday (the day prior to my scheduled appointment) so we took that even though it wasn't at all convenient for our schedule. We completed our registration online and arrived at 7:55. We checked in and waited until about 8:15 when we were called back. The assistant asked typical questions and then asked us to wait to take xrays. About 10 minutes later she returned to let us know that Dr. Tarver wasn't even there! She said that he was in Kennesaw doing an emergency surgery - again, no apology or consideration for our time or schedule. We left. I've had two children and been to many doctors and dentists my entire life (all of whom I'd assume deal with medical emergencies) yet I've never experienced the type of scheduling disorganization and unprofessionalism as we experienced with his office. I'm so glad we discovered this before committing to any surgical procedures.

Dr. Kimberly Smith and her incredible team saw me within hours. They were compassionate, efficient, and had me feeling completely fixed up and pain-free by the end of the day. I went in for upper and lower partials and I had a lot of dental work needed to be done... I normally deal with Daryl when it comes to my partials; Daryl wasn't available and I had to see Kenya. My first visit with Kenya I was rude to her because I only wanted to deal with Daryl (Kenya remained professional at all time, even when my tone was elevated). Not knowing due to Daryl schedule and my schedule Kenya was the one that had to make my partials. Kenya did a phenomenal job and she was professional to the end. Kenya taught me being rude doesn't mean the other person has to be rude and you never know who may have to help you get what you need not what you want; trust me my partials are a need. I did apologize to her... Thanks Kenya for helping make my smile beautiful and always remaining professional... Now as for Dr M. Allen the dentist, he was phenomenal; he is now my dentist. I normally go to my dentist in Cobb. Now Dr.M Allen is my dentist. I do not live around the corner, I live in Cobb County; I will take the drive. Thanks for helping me get my smile back. First name basis!! Check in is easy, and they have a nice sitting area with a tv and magazines, a fish tank too for a little extra razzle dazzle. Everyone has ALWAYS been nice and prompt! Mrs. Patricia is my favorite hygienist but, due to me switching jobs and insurance I don't get to see her as much. I come twice a year for my cleanings and I could not be any happier when I leave! Its always nice and clean in the inside, checkout is always easy and they always schedule my appointments 6 months in advance and call me for a reminder. Since the outbreak, they have taken necessary precautions to make sure everyone is safe including themselves. I see masks, face shields, hand sanitizer and they sterilize between EVERY customer... as they should! Ps. DR. Alexander fine as hell. Aight

I was scheduled to have crowns done, but when I arrived, I was told they had lost my paperwork and didn't know which teeth needed to be filled. Crazy of me to still go through with the service, right? After the appointment, I started having minor pain and bleeding in the same teeth they worked on. I called to schedule a follow-up and was told I could come in that Friday. They called and texted nonstop for me to confirm the appointment--just to later call me back saying the doctor would be performing a surgery and they didn't want me waiting long. So what was the point of scheduling me or making me confirm if the appointment wasn't valid? Now I'm being told the doctor won't have availability for another two weeks. It's frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, while sitting in the office, you can clearly hear staff asking other patients to change their appointment times as well. Once they fix the issues they created in my mouth, I will not be returning to this practice.
