Beware. The implant denture Dr. McGee made for me a year ago broke in my mouth (I WAS shopping, not eating). 5 months ago I moved to another state. Today, I called his office to tell them that it broke and, since HE did the denture, I would like a discount on the new denture because they cost about $4,000 and insurance only covers it every 5 years. I told them I would fly to Vegas if he would give me a deal. After talking to someone else in the office, I was told I would have to spend the $1,000 to fly there JUST TO SEE if he would give me a deal or not. Then, I would have to stay even longer IF he would. Apparently, he does not stand by his work. Beware. read more

I'm a giant weenie when it comes to the dentist, but McGee made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly allow myself to be, and did a wonderful job. I've been coming to this dentist since I was a kid, but after today, I'm officially done. This place has completely gone downhill, and it's honestly shocking how little they seem to care about their patients anymore. I showed up on time for a simple cavity filling appointment, only to wait 20 minutes in the lobby which, by the way, is normal here, so be prepared to waste time if you choose this place. Then I get put in the chair and sat there for another 30 minutes before the dentist even bothered to numb me. No explanation, no check-ins -- just forgotten in the chair like a prop. When the fillings were finally done, the dentist rushed off without a word like he always does. No post-op care instructions, no concern, nothing. I was literally sent out bleeding from the mouth. Not even a rinse, just a dismissive "you're done." If you want to feel like you're just another number on the schedule, this is the place for you. The dentist doesn't care he's in and out in minutes, and it's painfully obvious he's just chasing paychecks at this point. His assistants? Barely trained. They seem more confused than confident every time I'm there. It's honestly unsafe how unprofessional things feel. This was a family orthodontist for YEARS, and we kept coming back out of loyalty but loyalty means nothing when you're treated this poorly. To make it worse, he messed up my dad's root canal twice. That should've been the red flag. Today was the last straw. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being neglected and rushed out the door bleeding from your mouth! read more

Dr. McGee is conservative about filings at the same time keeps a careful eye on anything that might need work done in the future. As a mother of four, my children's dental health often takes precedence over mine. Dr. McGee keeps this in mind and is quick to return my calls even when he is out of the office! Nothing can replace the peace of mind knowing one's children are in good hands. As far as adult care goes, Dr. McGee is very prudent and careful in his approach. Never has he recommended an unnecessary procedure, and has always been fair in billing. I can testify to this, because after visiting a periodontist and a separate endodontist, Dr. McGee's approach was by far the most reasonable approach. I have been a patient of dr. McGee for well over 8 years, never once have I ever had a complaint. I enjoy the hospitality that the atmosphere brings. They are very quick to respond to any questions I have for them and never had financial issues with them. They deal with my insurance directly and are always willing to work with me. The doctor is outstanding every time he sees me and I have nothing but positive regards for there staff! If you're looking for a professional, down to earth practice, you found the right one. BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR IT SELF!!! I NEVER EVER WILL COME BACK TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE OR REFFER ANYONE HERE! The doctor is very rude and unhelpful! The front desk lady that been there forever supposedly is also very rude and when it comes to billing they are very INCONSISTENT with their story first we don't owe anything then we owe them something, then they said they will work with us since they have exhausted or dental benefit for the year but the next we know we got billing what we didn't agreed on to begin with! The reason I'm writing this comment it is because I want new customer to be aware of dental office and know the HONEST review of this practice! I notice below my review the guy mention this and that and all the good thing about this dental office and took a bunch of photo of the offices and etc! But in realty who does that honest people with honest review would never go that far! But hey if your don't believe us please experience it your self! He is a true professional who has the best intentions for his patients and does not try to find unnecessary issues during the exam.
