I decided to take him to court. But, this time, I was going to represent myself. I remembered my last experience. I was represented by an attorney and it did not end well. So, in doing some research I realized I could request Discovery. At first, I filled out the forms that I believed were the correct ones. Not feeling confident about my paper work. I went online and found an LDA. She played me. She said, she knew what to do but when it came time to, She had no idea how to continue. I was not happy. Lost my money too. Shockingly. her own secretary secretly called me and told me to contact AGillette LDA. I called AGillette and she called me back and set an appt. Of course, this time around i did way more research. Met with her, and she represented herself quite well! She is very Intelligent, professional, and outgoing Her history and background at working for law firms was obvious. Talking with her I realized this LDA is full of knowledge Boy did she know her stuff. She told me she could help me with my case. I took the leap and hired her. BEST decision I ever made! Unfortunately, she realized that the previous LDA had put me in a bad position. She made numerous errors in my paper work. Told me the judge was most likely going to have me redo everything. Sure enough she was right. The judge told me that everything had to get done all over again. Which we did. After that, every hearing that I attended with paperwork completed by AGillette I won. We did, have one tiny situation that occurred towards the end. But, AGillette went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. I won that hearing as well. It finally came to the point where now i have to go to trial and my journey had to come to an end. I definitely became saddened. I became fond of working with AGillette LDA. She Truly listens to you. She isn't an attorney and she cant give legal advice. But, let me tell you, she should be. Because she is AMAZING. If i ever have to go through any legal documents again.
