Upon completion I was given a stack of papers and was told here is what we did as if I know how to understand their language used to document repairs. When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. My case was passed from Wes to Trevor, then to Rachel, back to Wes, then Trevor again, and eventually to corporate. After months of back-and-forth, my car is STILL not repaired correctly. If anyone knows reputable attorneys who handle situations like this, I'd appreciate recommendations. My Situation: My car was hit in the front while it was parked, and this shop replaced the bumper. However, each headlight has three clamps/screws, and one was missing after their repair. I didn't notice until I investigated what was wrong after it rained. Water had seeped into the headlight. Instead of taking responsibility, Trevor reported it to the insurance company as if it were a recall issue--despite knowing the vehicle was not reassembled correctly. This should have been covered under their workmanship warranty. I'm extremely frustrated. I'll be calling again and will update my experience here, but I truly wish I had read the reviews first. Please consider going elsewhere--they do not take their work or customers seriously.
