Its a little small inside but the layout of equipment is well done so you don't feel too close to everyone while working out. Ed, the gym owner is a great guy and very easy to get along with. His gym membership fees are very reasonable and you can sign up for a month to month membership as well. So far the other gym members are all respectable and I've experienced no issues. I recommend this gym to whoever is looking for a place to call their workout home.

Who knew how fun boot camp could be - and I'm being serious. Yes your going to sweat like crazy, and curse during your last round of squats but it is well worth it. I was sore for days after this workout. I've been to several classes around time but this was by far my favorite for a few reasons: 1) The instructor Gina was tough but not intimidating - I felt comfortable and was able to perform at my best because of that. 2) The circuits we're fun there is no way you will get bored 3) Everyone in the class was having a great time we all helped to push ourselves to the next level. I arrived for my free…read more11am class and was greeted by the friendly receptionist (failed to get her name), and I had to sign a waiver first. She took us on a tour of the studio. It's a small but very comfortable space. I feel like it would never get too crowded here. I tried the Hot Core workout. It's a 30-minute workout in an infrared sauna room. You will SWEAT! there is a TV in the room that plays the video, and you are able to follow it at your own pace. Even if you don't do a certain move, they show, just taking a rest. You still are sweating, so it doesn't feel like you are missing out. By the time I was done, I felt like I had done much more than any other gym class I had ever done. I also love the fact that they do have an open weight room so if you don't feel like getting into the sauna, you can just go lift weights or use any of their other machines they have available. The price is super reasonable compared to other places. $50 a month for unlimited access to one studio of your choice or $80 a month for unlimited access to ANY studio location ANYWHERE! The best part is they are 24/7! You get your own code to be able to access it at any time!!!!! Now I don't have yo rush to try to make a certain class time. I've been twice now and it's a fun concept. The workout alternates between cardio days and strength training days. Those workouts also alternate themes and structure so you'll never get bored. It's very fast paced which can be a little overwhelming at first--especially if you're not familiar with the actual exercises. The balance here is that there are always two dedicated staffers available to ask questions and help you feel more comfortable with the movements. The instructors also monitor the room to fix your form. I do wish they would spend a little more time at the beginning of the class go over the agenda for the day, but again, you can always ask for one on one assistance as needed. They use A LOT of equipment which makes it fun. In one class we used 9 different pieces of equipment. Again, this can be intimidating at first, but switching it up really makes the class go by quickly. The gym is new and really clean, the women's bathroom is stocked with any supply you could need to be more comfortable during and after your workout such as dry shampoo, hair ties, deodorant etc. There is free parking in a garage attached to the building which is great in the uptown area! Highly recommend checking it out!

The owner Amy is so friendly and fun and helped me out with all the moves for each of the stations giving me variations for my fitness and flexibly level. The full circuit only takes 30 minutes. I mean there is nothing any of us can't do for 30 minutes! So get in there and give it a trail. I think it is going to get me to where I need to be in no time at all if I am diligent about going at least several days a week and it's FUN! Very happy to have moved into an area where I have a great option like this so close by.

She also checked in on me outside of the gym, which was a level of service you just don't expect. The workouts are great and the staff is incredibly encouraging. It's obvious love their jobs. I thought a 30 minute workout would be too easy, I was wrong. I felt challenged but wasn't pushed to where I was uncomfortable. I leave the workouts feeling refreshed and accomplished. Plus punching and kicking things is a great way to get out stress. I highly recommend this facility.

They have 2 showers/bathroom areas and one bathroom to accommodate needs. It's a plus that Its 24 hours to accommodate your schedule. They have plenty of parking in a shared lot. When it comes to the fitness equipment it's not repaired or updated regularly. The TV on the stair master has been out for a year. In addition, some of the ellipticals do not take information like your weight if you desire accurate calorie counts or the levels can not go past a certain point without the machine restarting. They have limited equipment because its smaller. They have one stair master and you frequently have to wait as its a high demand machine during regular hours. There is one upward bike and one row machine, etc. It can get pretty hot. Not sure what is going on with the HVAC, but wish it was cooler on a regular. Typically its well organized and clean. There are three staff as trainers and general staff they appear to be friendly, there is one who is very passive aggressive. Thankful for Ron's help and assistance and Joseph is nice. Notes: There is a gym in Waverly that has a food bar, etc. It has some completion and the price is equivalent to the gym down the street. I have not taken any of the small group classes that they offer and cannot provide feedback on those or working one on one with a trainer. I also have not consumed any beverages or snacks from their honor system.
