I placed my order and stated that I needed to run a quick errand. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, which from my experiences was really quick! When I came back, I was again greeted by the staff, and my order was ready. I consider myself a meatball sub expert, or if you will, a snob (ha ha ha). I was pleasantly surprised by this sub! Although not up there with the best I've had, it was a close second. The sauce is good, not overly sweet or acidic. The bread was very soft and fresh. The cheese was barely noticeable, however. As a whole package, I would rate their meatball sub a 7 on a scale from 1 to 5. Next time I will add extra cheese and ask them to bake it awhile longer (if it was baked at all). As far as ambiance, their establishment is clean, open, and welcoming for a lunch or early dinner. I look forward to going back for a sit-down meal, very possibly pizza, which is my all-time favorite food. My initial experience was very positive, and I can see how they have had many favorable reviews!
