And while the ice cream was great (pro tip: Dark Cherry!) the star of the show was the Italian Cream cake. My wife saw it and immediately had to have a slice with our ice cream (OK, we actually took it back to the hotel) and was really the reason we had to go back the next night (another piece of cake). I don't need to tell you how taking a bite of this cake causes the heavens to open, the angels to sing, and my heart to be happy!
