I ordered the crêpe with just strawberry and a squeeze a lemon juice. I didn't want all the extra stuff that came in. It was very tasty and refreshing. I also got the almond croissant and the baklava

Stopped in for lunch on 2/18/26. I had a tomato, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich on a baguette. It tasted great.. We also bought some croissants to take home for tomorrow's breakfast. Service was great, and unhurried. Nice relaxing time to enjoy our meal. My wife had a croque monsieur on croissant which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Decaf hot Americano was good! No vegan options - would love to see some plant based options for food. The place was empty on a late rainy Friday morning. The staff was straightforward and nice. Would come back just for coffee.

    Decadent, vacation-worthy treat.

Friendly atmosphere, delicious food, good service. Stopped for lunch one day, enjoyed it so much we went back for breakfast before our vacay was over. Have been back many times since. I highly recommend.

This place reminds me of a place in the 30th street station in Philadelphia which I believe went by the same name. It had wonderful baked goods. This place though small has wonderful covered outside seating. Wife and I were hankering for quiche and ordered two... one with salad and the other with fruit. They were excellent. The cheese was gooey, the egg soft but firm and the crust was sweet and substantial! The coffee was hot and not "dish water" as my wife calls coffee that is way too weak for human consumption. The staff actually is was just one person today. (Off season) was more than accommodating. And the atmosphere was that of a small French bistro tucked away in the corner of a shopping center. All I. All a great place we shall soon come back too.

Egg croissant with bacon and cheese

Simple and welcoming atmosphere right next to the nail boutique and Krogers. Right when you walk in you can smell the delicious imported cheeses and bakery products being used. You also see all the fresh/imported cakes, pastries, and macarons on display in the front. The fresh croissant was buttery, flaky, absolutely delicious. The scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese were savory, made fresh, and was the perfect brunch sandwich. It came with a choice of a regular salad or fruit salad. Mine came with freshly cut strawberries, banana, and mandarins. It is served with a sweet strawberry jam on top that didn't overpower the natural sugars from the fruits. Highly recommend stopping by for some authentic French cuisine to start out your day/afternoon. The prices are completely fair for the quality and quantity you are served. I will be returning soon to try out more of their delicious offerings.

    Blueberry Peach Muffin

Ohmygoshyouhavetohavetheblueberrypeachmuffin! That and they have a mango pumpkin spice muffin I'll have to try tomorrow. Quaint little place with egg options, quiche, and swoon-worthy baked goods. Yes, you have to go - at least to try a muffin!

    Baklava and spinach feta croissants

Baklava and spinach feta croissants were amazing!!! Wonderful customer service. We will be back again anytime we are at Myrtle beach!

Strawberry and banana crepes are light and delicious. Worth the caloric damage, and large enough to take half home. Coffee is delicious. Bon appetit!

    Spinach croissant

Stopped for coffee and croissant. Excellent and beautifully cooked, delicious and flaky spinach croissant. Coffee, well coffee is coffee, I didn't choose anything special, it was fine. Great breakfast and lunch menu. I'll be back.

Atmosphere is cute, food is nice, clean and healthy, owners are very sweet and welcoming . We always prefer going to small business restaurants and cafes and we highly recommend this place if you're looking for healthy meals while at Myrtle beach

We were promptly seated for our reservation and welcomed by our waiter. The pace is relaxed and not rushed. The specials were mentioned and questions were answered readily. We had time to read the drink and wine menus as well as the dinner menu. We ordered drinks which were delicious and arrived in nice time. Again, well-paced and no rushing. Then we ordered our meals complete; the staff then paces so everything arrives at the same time for the table. As such, the ladies had the chicken and pasta dish while I ordered the steak au pauve. My steak is prepared table side so the timing of kitchen and waiter must be good so that the dishes are complete and served at the same time. They were. I also had a Cesar salad that is prepared table side and all salads are served with chilled forks. Salads were excellent as was dinner. They had the blueberry dessert and I stuck with table side preparation and had the cherries jubilee. Everything was so tasty. As usual, the meal was a lovely event and a wonderful time. We love this place, and are happy to make plans to enjoy a meal whenever in Myrtle. The dining room is cozy and romantic with maybe 12 tables. Check the pics and vids.

My friend wanted to take me out for a pre - birthday celebration dinner and who am I to refuse? I…read moregave him a short list of restaurants and he chose the Library...which I quickly agreed to. We got there early to enjoy some happy hour drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly with some great stories, but more importantly he knew how to make a proper martini. It was great. After a cocktail and a glass of 1/2 off wine we went to the host stand to be seated. The staff were very accommodating and polite. They hustled us to a nice sized table, gave us menus and took our water order(we had drinks already). Our waiter came back quickly and went over the specials. We took a minute to digest them and scan the menu. He showed up again in a few minutes and we put our order in. We decided on the table side Caesar Salad for two and the escargots(I had heard they are known for). My friend ordered the crusted lamb chops...rare and I went for the surf and turf with a 10oz filet. Interestingly, they only had filet mignon as their meat option that night, which worked well for me but might have been a problem for others. While we waited I was able to take a look at the place. It was a slightly modern layout with books lining the top of the walls and a large fireplace against one side. The tables were well spread out and each waiter has a section that was small enough for them to provide the service needed for a high end dining experience. The only issue I found with the ambiance was the dress of roughly half the patrons. If you are at a fine dining establishment and about to spend $400 on a dinner for two, you would like to be around people who aren't dressed as if they just mowed the lawn or rolled out of bed. I saw way too many "hoodies, jeans" and "baseball caps" for my liking. I could have been in a fast food restaurant. IMO, there should be at least some sort of a dress code. After a few minutes, we were treated to a soft, delicious hot roll with creamy butter as well as the escargots. The snails were perfect...flavorful with just enough garlic and super soft. My friend kept dipping his bread in the escargot sauce..it was that good. Next was the Caesar salad which was semi-made at table side(there seems to be some kind of law against raw eggs in a dining room). Although we didn't get the full show, the salad was great..the lettuce fresh and the dressing spot on...maybe a bit too much but still fine. After we finished our salad and apps the main course came out. My filet was cooked perfectly and was done exactly medium rare, soft and tender...no complaints. The lobster tail, which was also stuffed with shrimp and served with clarified butter was great. I looked over at my friend(which was hard as he was stuffing lamb chop after lamb chop into his mouth!) and asked him how his was and he was able to pry his mouth away from a chop to say "perfect". We finished up and the waiter began chatting up the desserts. I was stuffed but my dining companion wanted to keep going. He ordered one of the "specials" which consisted of a peanut butter cheese cake with bananas foster on top...we were in for another table side show. Within minutes our waiter wheeled the cart out and began lighting a fire. He quickly cooked the bananas with rum and put together this decadent concoction. He set up an extra spoon for me and I did sneak in a few bites...I could feel my sugar levels rising with just 3 spoonfuls...worth it though...it was that good. Afterwards the bill came and my friend graciously picked up the tab...it was not cheap, but worth every penny. Overall, it was a very good dining experience, the bar, food and service were great...5 star, but it loses a star because of the dress of the patrons which negatively impacted the dining experience. They really need to install a dress code because it is a fine dining establishment and everything counts at these prices. That food was so good that I will probably go back...maybe I'll wear a tux to drive home my point.

To give you an idea, my husband and I ate there this evening and here's what we had (all excellent). Appetizers: tuna tartare with capers, wasabi, sesame seeds, lettuce, and crisps. It was well balanced and delicious. The other appetizer was Cambodian Spring Rolls, which were perfectly browned, and eaten by placing them in a romaine lettuce leaf with crumbled peanuts and dipping it in an amazing but light sauce. The textures and flavors played off of each other wonderfully, elevating it far above any regular spring roll you may be thinking of. For entrees, my husband had the special, Paella (saffron rice, mussels, shrimp, clams, and a whole crab, red bell pepper). Every item was perfectly cooked, neither undercooked nor overcooked and it tasted fantastic. My entree was perfectly cooked pan-seared salmon filet, with perfectly grilled large asparagus and the most amazing take on grits I have ever had (not your mama's breakfast grits). They were delicately flavored with butter, a hint of cheese and I don't know what else but it understated while still having flavors that seemed too complex for grits to have, without being overdone. There are menu items for both the more and less adventurous diner, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A gem in the middle of nowhere.
