To my surprise Ramin who is the owner was kind, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. He let us roam and offered his advice. He asks you what you are looking for and within what range so he can guide you to certain models that will fit your needs. I had my mattress for almost ten years but of course of natural wear we had to come back for a new one. We met with Ramin again today and sure enough he is the same kind owner despite the inflation, he doesn't push you towards the most expensive just to make the sale. He asked us what we had in mind and what we preferred as far as brand, firmness and how we typically sleep. We found one we liked and were sold. He gave us a discount for being a returning customer and he always offers free deliver and recycle of your old mattress. He also throws in a free mattress cover. You simply can't beat that service. I will keep returning for however long he is in business. He also offers a trial period. If you don't like your mattresses for up to 30-90 days you can return it for only a redelivery fee. Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people.
