The mattress industry as a whole--this business being the case in point--makes car sales seem like an honest industry. At least with cars you can go lot to lot to compare cars. The mattress industry has each mattress labeled differently and there is no way to price shop. Lastly, and most importantly, this company and this location lacks current normal practices in the industry. There is no 30 day sleep trial. Further the shipping is not free. The shippers will only come from 10-2 on the weekdays. Who is home at that time? CAVEAT EMPTOR!

When he pointed to the banner, the woman said she would go check with someone else to make sure she was right. She returned to again say it was over. I expressed my disappointment on the Schewel's facebook page and was subsequently told that they had left the sign up because they still had a few mattresses they had marked down even further, however, my husband was not told about any deep discounted mattresses, he was simple told the sale was over. I think we all know what was going on here and they have permanently lost our business.

He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange. Save your money and headaches and go elsewhere.
