I came looking at a Rowe sectional and they helped me pick the perfect one, ordered me 20 different off white fabrics (aggressive I know but I needed options), and were so patient with me through my decision process. Their pricing was the best I found and I knew I wanted to buy from a small local business, so I placed the order for my couch and waited for it to come in. The fabric ended up being on back order so we were going to be without a couch for a few weeks. When I called them in a panic they said no worries, they'd get me a loaner in a few days. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Alexandria showroom. We were greeted at the door, but allowed to roam around at our own pace - which is so refreshing! When we did have a question, one of the four or five family members on site were there to help. I decided on several items which I was able to take with me (not wait 2-12 weeks like some other big stores). John was especially helpful, explaining the custom order aspect of their business. He told us how we could customize the book case I was interested in so it will be exactly what I want. When I was shopping for a new sofa bed and living room swivel chair, several friends recommended Warehouse Showrooms for quality, good prices and service. They have a good variety of styles and sizes of sofas, and even choices for a smaller sofa bed. When it came to choosing fabrics for customizing my order, there were a wide variety of materials and patterns available with no increase in price for each unit. If I had wanted to choose something different from other designer lines and pay the extra cost, that was also possible. I found several choices that would serve. I was able to take home fabric samples two different times to see how they would look in my home and lighting, and all the staff I worked with had very knowledgeable and professional suggestions and comments about various colors and fabrics that raised considerations I hadn't thought of. I ended up choosing fabrics with great confidence that I really like. Likewise, the staff made excellent points to consider about construction and features of both the sofa bed and chair, and yet I never felt pressured to make a decision or to rush. Over two weeks I went back several times, and on each occasion was met with courtesy, good advice, and respect for my opinions and furniture needs. Finally, I found their prices very competitive, and both my items were on sale. I expect delivery in 2-3 months, a shorter time than other places doing custom orders. The L-shaped sofa we bought several years ago still looks new and is as comfortable as ever. And when they say they are adding a stain resistance to the fabric, they aren't kidding. They have a great selection of very well-made, wood furniture at really good prices and for most of their pieces they offer different types of wood and finishes. We LOVE this business and their furniture! I love that you pick your style, the arrangement of drawers, the wood and color, and the hardware. It's like a build-your-own dresser so we got exactly what we wanted. We went to browse their showrooms once stores started opening back up. They had 'sanitizing stations' throughout the store, as well as cold water and sodas for customers. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and weren't overbearing or annoying. We took awhile to make a decision (so many choices!) but ended up ordering a bed frame and matching dresser. The dresser was a little pricey, but the bed frame was on super sale and both products are such great quality that I'd rather pay a little more than go cheap and get weak furniture. Since purchasing our house 12 years ago we have bought a number of things from this store and have been pleased with all our purchases. We are especially happy with the 3 couches we have purchased (one sofa and 2 sectionals) for our living room, family room, and basement recreation room. All are well made, comfortable, durable and look good even after a lot of use. Maybe best of all they are made in the USA. The first couch we purchased 12 years ago we had an issue with the fabric on one of the couch cushions about 8 months after we got it. I called the store and told them about it thinking we would have to buy a replacement cushion, but they were supper accommodating and replaced it at no cost to us! I was kind of floored. One of the other reasons i like shopping here is because they are family owned and not on commission so they are not pushy trying to sell you stuff, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I'm in the military and I grew up in Texas, upon walking in to Warehouse Showrooms a true sense of truthfulness and family integrity broadcasted from the assistance they offered. In short, these guys were flexible and kept to their word. Their delivery was on time, careful, and quick. More importantly, the Daniel Amish dresser I bought, feels like is going to last forever. We compared prices for exactly the same furniture, they were the best. We ordered 5 good-sized pieces of furniture right before COVID descended on us all, and the order came in 5 weeks later. We were strictly quarantined and asked if they would hold our delivery until further notice. "No problem", was the answer. This scenario took place twice more. Always the same sincere answer. We finally felt comfortable accepting a masked and gloved delivery. A leg was scratched, a new one replaced. ***Update 5/27/2014*** All companies can get 5 stars - Maintaining 5 stars is where it gets tricky and that area typically resides strongly on customer service and secondly the merchandise. I received my desk and sofa on time and had a couple items that were missing or damaged. The hole in the desk where wires go was missing the black case and the air mattress that came with the sofa had a tear. I emailed the team and had a prompt response. The missing case would be sent to my house and the mattress I could replace or keep with a discount. This level of service is comparable to my favorite company, Amazon! Amazon treats me like I'm the big fish account that you don't wanna say no to...with that practice Amazon usually nets over 300 orders a year with me easily. Warehouse Showrooms also did not let me feel like a wham bam thank-you ma'am - they called, emailed and left me a voicemail to ensure we had proper resolution. This will be my first stop whenever I need furniture! Thanks Warehouse Team! The delivery team was friendly and did their best to fit a large desk in a small room. It didn't work out so I put the corner piece in the garage and may use it as a media console later on. Perfect...I noticed they also had sleeper sofas and was in the market for a wall (Murphy) bed. Let me just look at what they had and I found a full size sleeper couch! PERFECT for an office and when I sat on it I had a puzzled look on my face. It was very comfortable. Why is this on sale? This can't be from Ashley...so I pull out the cushions and there it is: ROWE. I love Rowe Show Furniture!!! The couch was marked down to $500. Ummm sold! Way cheaper than a murphy bed! I pad the upgrade to have the air mattress in the sleeper (They feel awesome and your guests will love you, Trust!). I love to negotiate and so had to ask for the Wasta (arabic term - the one who gives the great deals). I spoke with Andy and asked what we could do. The price was worked to where I felt really good and delivery with install (wait for it)....Did I mention how comfortable the couch was? And that I got to upgrade to an air mattress? Also the desk was undergoing a final gloss and a drawer was getting ordered? Ok wait no more $69 for delivery and install. I asked them to add me on their email list.
