With so many options, mattress shopping can be a bit overwhelming. However, after going to one store where the salesperson wasn't very helpful, we went to MD on Sprague. Jake was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and great to work with. We thought we made our decision but wanted to "sleep on it". So the next day we went back and decided that's what we wanted and again he was very patient working through some of our concerns. The delivery happened a few days later than they expected but I think that was due to some Covid related issues. Then the delivery team was amazing! Vincent and his assistant were very competent and friendly and helped us relocate the old mattress to another room! They set up the new mattress and they were in and out in 11 minutes! We went looking for a new mattress set for our son and decided to stop in and check it out. It's new to the neighborhood so we wanted to see what it was about. Both Daniel and Ryan were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made suggestions based off our price range for who we were buying for. We got an amazing set up for our son that will last him through to college. Quite honestly I ended up with a much better bed than what I was thinking I would be able to afford since we are on a budget. I plan on buying my daughter a new bed next year and this is where we will go. One last thing, we were in and out quickly and that was nice because there was no hassle and we got to enjoy the rest of the day rather than spending a couple hours there. At the end of the day we decided to return to Mattress Depot. I was in love with the Mattresses we picked out. Yes we bought, not 1 set but 2! Awesome quality!!! So excited for them to arrive. We chose this store to look for our new bed because it is family owned and operated. Big box stores get enough business, in my opinion. Dante was our salesman (and delivery guy) and had answers to all of our many questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they sell there. We settled on a very nice king bed with an adjustable frame at a reasonable price and we couldn't be happier! There was no high pressure sales tactics and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I am so impressed with this store. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is clean and neat, and there are SO many mattresses to test drive.
