After those 100 days, they'll take their sweet time actually putting those checks in the mail, and then, surprise, surprise, somehow the check will get "lost" in the mail. They've been rude and dismissive all along, and at this point, they have stopped replying to me and it seems like they see no problem just keeping the money I'm owed. Would give negative stars if possible, and I'm baffled this place continues to exist being managed in such unethical manner.

When an associate was sent over to talk to us, we were informed that nothing was available in store. My daughter and her husband were also looking for a living room chair. They were never approached, but did hear the "huddle " of associates talking trash about another employee. About 10 minutes later, the associate who that told us nothing was available came up and said there was 1 in the clearance section that was available today. He was unaware of it because he didn't know the inventory and a manager had to tell him about it. When I approached the huddle of 5 associates around the mattress counter to inquire about purchasing the mattresses for the beds, they were annoyed about having their conversation being interrupted and the woman that did get up was very rude when showing me the bunk bed mattresses. Needless to say, I left without them. We also had to ask about getting the bed loaded 15 minutes after completing the purchase. Nobody told the people in the back we had purchased it. Worst experience in a furniture store ever. We will never be back. And I really liked a sectional and power recliner that I willingly walked away from due to the staff.
