If I could post a negative 5 star review I would. I just went in there because I had some warranty issues. Specifically, I was not given all the different size legs for my adjustable frame. And the mattress firm installers screwed a bracket directly to my LVP flooring. When I went in to question Them about this practice, Michael, the store associate Working there this morning, 3/31 2025, firmly denied that his installers would have done any such thing. Instead, he Insisted that I must have installed a different frame or had someone else in there messing with the bedframe. I denied this because no one has had anything to do with that bedframe except for his installers. He refused to discuss the issue with me further. When I told him that if this was how their customer service department worked, I would not be shopping there any longer. He told me to leave his store and he was going to call the cops. Then he picked up his phone and started dialing.I did not raise my voice, curse at him, or start throwing things around his showroom. I simply questioned their customer service practice, and stated I might not shop there any longer. Mind you, I spent thousands of dollars on two mattresses and two frames. I have called the corporate office and I'm filing a complaint. Just wanted others to know that they treat their customers very poorly. This should not be the Bastrop way! Edit to add: The bracket was adhered to the floor with a very strong adhesive. I was able to remove it, but will need to use some type of solvent to remove the residue. Michael, the regional Director, and George another sales associate at the store have been very responsive to my complaints and are taking steps to resolve them. I still stand by my assertion that Michael, the store associate, was incredibly unprofessional regarding his interactions with me. The initial go to response should not be....I don't like what this customer is saying therefore I am going to Kick her out of my store and threaten to call the cops. I will certainly never shop there again. read more

10/10. Chris immediately greeted me upon arriving at the store. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and he showed me a few options. I have a pinched nerve in my back, so finding just the right mattress is really important to keeping me out of pain. He helped me find a mattress that was just what I was looking for and in my price range. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and personable! I literally can not recommend him enough!!!!! Bought a Mattress and a Adjustable base last month. Representative lied to me about return policy. Said I could try out base and return it if I didn't like it. When I tried to take advantage of the return policy 3 days later I was notified bases are a non returnable item, even after speaking to a rude store manager over the phone I was notified there was nothing that they would do to make this situation right. I would give it zero stars if I could. Not fair to be lied just to get a sale and make some money, and definitely not ok for a store to treat customers like this. read more

Bought my daughter a new bed and we were unable to get financing. Did the leasing option and not once did the salesman let us know if it was not paid off within the 3 months, we would be paying double. The company set up the payment schedule and I thought it was one that would get it paid off within the 3 months. Nope, the $500 purchase has turned into over $1000 and that was the payment schedule set up. They just assume you will pay it off in 3 months and yes, it's partly my fault for not catching it but come on. Instead of trying to make a sale, be more up front for what is going on. read more
