My husband and I were looking for a good bed for a good price in furnishing our small vacation home in La Pine. Seth helped us for over 1 1/2 hrs. showing us several options available to us as we were trying to keep the cost down. We found Seth to be very informative and easy to talk to. We did not feel rushed at all. There were other people coming into the store, but Seth didn't just "drop" us to go and help another couple. He asked us what type of sleeper each of us was - side, stomach, back - and encouraged us to try out each of the mattresses he showed us and he knew all the specs. about each one. I chose a mattress that felt pretty good and was the cheaper of two mattresses we last looked at while in the store. We needed a frame and Seth included the frame at no cost and also threw in the delivery at no cost. The mattress was delivered and our old mattress taken away. After several days of sleeping on the bed, I decided I just was not as happy with it as I thought I would be. After 32 days from purchase, I contacted Seth and told him I actually now preferred the other mattress that was spring coiled rather than foam. I told Seth the price he quoted to us during their Memorial Day sale, and Seth honored that price. He looked up their current inventory, found that mattress in stock, and worked magic getting it on their normal Friday shipment to La Pine which was the very next day when we were also travelling back to our La Pine home. (Talk about a quick timeframe.) The delivery guys contacted us by phone that Friday and were able to put our delivery off until the end of the day delivering our second bed minutes after we arrived at our home. We came to Sleep Country for two reasons, we wanted a Tempur-Pedic mattress and we liked Sleep Country's finance options. Let me preface this with the fact that my wife and I are usually the kind of shoppers that don't like to be bothered while we browse and I'll admit I was a little worried I would be walking into a Car Dealership type environment. We entered the store 1 hour before closing and was warmly greeted by Seth. Without being pushy, he was able to figure out what we were looking for and asked if we would be willing to test some beds out to find the right fit. In about 15 minutes, we started to realize that what we thought we wanted in a bed wasn't what we were liking in our testing. If you are looking for the best bed for your sleep habits and comfort preferences it is a MUST that you go through the testing, answer their questions about your sleeping habits honestly, and don't be afraid to try out 5-10 beds. Seth was amazing throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured to buy up or to even buy a Tempur-Pedic. We tried several brands and he openly explained the benefits and drawbacks of each mattress type based on our personal sleeping habits. You can go anywhere and just buy a mattress, but if you are really trying to find the right bedfor you, it is worth the time to let them help you figure it out. We seriously had THE BEST buying experience of our life this month. We were planning on buying a new mattress but just came in to browse since we were right next door getting lunch. I came in with my fiance and my two kiddos and Joshua helped us. Before anything he asked what we were looking for and listened intently. We didn't know how much we could get financed for but wanted to make a purchase that would last us a long time while improving our credit. He checked the credit screen immediately before wasting our time showing us mattresses we were not going to be able to afford. Then he spent so much time making us lay down and relax on each mattress, even offering to take the fussy baby so we could really experience the mattress before making a purchase. The whole team was great! All chatting and friendly, you can tell they really like their jobs! I could barely get my 8 year old to leave, she was having such a good time! After all was said and done, we got 2 free memory foam pillows, a cover and a memory foam mattress that will last us 25 years, all with low monthly payments over the next year, plus improving our credit! Our experience at Sleep Country was fantastic. My wife and I first talked to Seth last August. We were hoping to move to the area sometime this year. He spent almost an hour with us going over every question we had, making recommendations but also leaving us to make our decision privately. We had been to two other mattress stores that week but we were not only impressed with the selection and quality of the line we chose but more importantly the professionalism, kind manner and the lack of pressure we received from Seth. In January, we found a home and we closed on it last month. We wound up needing to make some changes from our original pick that we had put a deposit on in January. Seth worked a fantastic deal for us and now we are moving in to our home in 5 days. The delivery is set to work logistically with the move in. We had a wonderful experience at SleepCountry from beginning to end. My husband and I had our daughters with us (ages 6 & 4) and as soon as we walked in, an associate offered to show them the toys while we "tried on" some beds. That was so helpful because we weren't sure how they would behave while we shopped. Before we knew it, the kids were being encouraged to jump on all the beds, which they loved! In fact they keep asking to go back to SleepCountry! We've never had better customer service! As for the beds, we were helped by another associate who was very knowledgable, polite, and no pressure. He went online and found a price match which ended up being a great deal. Although we did end up spending more than we initially planned on, we are extremely happy with our purchase. Also the sales associate gave us valuable information about breaking in the bed and protecting it with a mattress protector. The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery guys even wore booties in the house to avoid tracking in dirt! All-in-all it was a terrific experience and I would recommend SleepCountry to anyone. read more

My boyfriend and I bought a Beauty Rest from Mattress Firm 3 months ago. After a month it started to sink down after 6 weeks we went into the store to see if we could get another mattress. They told us to call warranty, warranty said to talk to the store. We called the store and they said they would get back to us and never heard from them until we called back. After the store said they could not help us we called warranty again. They said they would call within 7-10 business days, they called almost a month later. When someone came out they found there was over an inch of sagging on our bed... after 3 months!!! The decision once they looked at it, normal wear and tear. This is ridiculous, we paid over $1000 for what we thought would be a good bed. So disappointed. I will never purchase from them again. My daughter and I were shopping for mattresses and we had an excellent experience at Sleep Country! Josh helped us and did a wonderful job! Shopping for and deciding on a mattress is not easy. And my daughter hates to shop. But from the moment we walked in the door, we felt relaxed and able to take our time to choose the right mattress. We went back several times to make sure we were making the right choice and never once felt pressured to make a purchase. He helped my husband and I find the perfect bed for our specific needs and was also very patient (we were there hours trying different options) and not once did we feel rushed or pressured into making a final decision. He is extremely knowledgeable in the manufacturing and also the layering of each bed, which is especially important when you have a herniated disc in your back, like my husband does.
