Did not have a good experience here. We walked in and were greeted by someone right away. My husband thought he already knew what type of mattress he wanted. They didn't have it. They of course want you to try out others. We were given nasty dirty stained pillows to lay our heads on. All of a sudden a different salesman swoops in. My husband again stated what we are looking for. The salesman says look at these mattresses instead. My husband told him we do not want that brand, we don't want foam. The salesman disregarded what my husband was asking for and again really pushed for that mattress. That's when we walked out. We went somewhere else that was non pushy, listened to us and provided clean pillows with pillow covers imagine that. We ended up buying a $8k mattress and adjustable frame which was not on my husband's list so it wasn't impossible to do. read more

UPDATE: I went in the next day and the fixed everything and has my bed delivered the next day! went in last Friday to buy a bed for delivery on the 30th (today). They were even prepared to deliver next day but I was moving into a new house and wanted it delivered to the new address instead. Got a text Thursday that my delivery was for Saturday and they would contact me Friday night with my delivery window. I call Friday at 5:40 pm letting them know I had not received a call. I was told I would be contacted between 6 and 8 pm. Did not get a call. Used online chat first thing this morning and was told I would not be getting a delivery today and to contact store for more details. I'll be showing up first thing this morning with the sheets I've received to cancel all. I can deal with supply chain issues and I can even deal with mistakes but the complete lack of communication I won't deal with. Definitely shows I shouldn't trust them with my $5000 purchase. read more

To start this off this is for Sleep Train, not Sleep Country like the 1 star reviewer. Originally started off at JR's down the road since I had a copy of their ad. Once there they had very low end beds and they didn't even have one of the brands even on display. Headed over to Sleep Train by recommendation of a friend that bought a bed there and said the service was amazing. Didn't even consider the gimmick place mattress ranch near by. Wife and I needed to replace our 4 year old bed badly. When we walked in the manager was assisting a large family. Braxston worked his way around the seemingly happy family to welcome us into the store and to introduce himself. Within just those few moments my wife and I could already tell this was a great place. Braxston asked a few questions trying to narrow down what we were really after and we headed off through 3 series of beds to find the one that best fit us and the price range. Braxston was NEVER pushy on higher priced items and always made sure that we had options in price and comfort. We narrowed down the exact bed and moved onto the covers, sheets, and pillows. Once again he NEVER pushed higher end items to make a larger sell, he simply wanted to get us into what WE felt best for us and gave us loads of information and recommendations along the way to find the right fit. We still have a few days until the delivery but I can say that I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a bed and other accessories. read more

Typical bed store. We were ready to spend $2,000 for a really great bed and ended up spending $4,000. Very smooth salesman. The bed they delivered was hard as a board, totally unlike the one we tried in the showroom. So they told us to walk on the bed every night for 10 nights like they do for the floor models (NOW they tell us?). We tried that. It didn't help. Hate the bed. Feel like a sucker for paying that much under the influence of a talented salesman. read more

My Wife and I just purchased a house in Centralia and need a new bed. We have purchased 3 other beds from Sleep Country and were very happy. We went to the Sleep Country in Chehalis and our sales person was Shane. We found the bed we like, purchased a frame and mattress protector. It was scheduled to be delivered on July 3rd. My Wife and I both work in Seattle so had to take the day off to meet the delivery people. They delivered on the 3rd and we noticed the mattress protector was the wrong one. We asked the driver and he said that is what was on the sales receipt. We called Shane and his response was sorry I messed up. I'll call the warehouse and see if I can get one delivered. I asked today and he said not until Monday or I could bring the wrong one in and exchange it. We had no choice so my 5'4" 110 lbs. wife and I had to pull the cover off the mattress and the box springs. If you've ever wrestled with a king size bed you will know how difficult it was for her. We then had to take it to the store exchange it go back home and wrestle with the mattress and box spring to get the correct one on. We spent a good portion of our day dealing with his mistake.
