I went home and husband and I decided to place order so I then went to the website to get sku number for the one I wanted and came to learn the extended version (so I thought) the one with 2 chaise and armless seat in middle was only $100 ish more so I decided to do that one instead of the smaller one since it was little to upgrade and I even clarified over the phone with sales guy it's the right one and it was, well I then dug deeper to get measurements just to see how we would put it in our home and my husband said these measurements do not match the picture at all. So I came back into the store and the representative called owner and then the owner said no we can't do anything but upgrade for $200 off and I am very frustrated because it was not a price deal for me it was being misrepresented and then the company asking for more money from me. Don reviewed my previous purchase and said he would order another for us. That it would arrive in September of 2021. He would charge my credit card for half of the purchase price. The first week of September I phoned and spoke with two sales people. First call I was talking with the 4 story building sales. She directed me to the two story store. I phoned the two story store and spoke with a nice gal. She asked if I could provide the name of the sales person I spoke with and the date. I had that on my cork board and when I arrived home I phoned her back and shared the information. I called back and shared the date and the name of Don, she could not find anything in their records. I was not charged for half of the price on the order date of 4/10/21. She said she would have Don call me the next day. I waited two weeks then went online and ordered the Cat Napper Recliner and a Cat Napper Sofa. It is rather confusing that this was not taken care of. One would think that they want to do business, but apparently not.
