The service tech came up and asked all the usual questions. I told them if they could repair it that's what I wanted to do. The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. She said they would have to check all 4 tires to see if they had the proper amount of tread on them before being able to look at the flat. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself! So I decided to take my money else where! I understand the rules and regulations and it's not the workers rules, but this is seriously getting ridiculous. The staff is very helpful, but they'll let you browse without being intrusive. Another benefit is being able to return items you purchased at the online Coach. This is so much easier than dealing with UPS. On my last trip to the store, I returned a purse purchased online, found an amazing fragrance, and bought another Coach purse. If your timing is right, they'll discount items even more. Always happy to shop here.
