I had a very great experience purchasing a bed from the store manager Kanton. We were in the market for a memory foam bed and he showed us all of the different options and let us know the deals that were going. We found the perfect bed after he helped us out and put it on layaway. They were very good with letting us pay it off at our own pace. Every time we went in there on the hot summer days they offered us water which I thought was very nice and thoughtful. One of the days we went in there he notified us that they updated the kind of bed we are purchasing and asked if we wanted it. We didn't choose to get the newest one, but we liked the offer. He is very knowledgeable about the beds there. When it came to delivery the store was very helpful as well. The delivery guys were very nice and prompt. We ended up having a mistake with our measuring and the full base wouldn't fit down the stairs. The delivery guys and the store were able to set us up with split base that same day. We went there and paid for it and about 20 minutes later they came back with the base. Overall it was a great experience and I would buy from them again if I needed another bed. Totally give it an indisputable 5 stars I'm a college student who knows little to nothing about what buying a mattress entails. I stopped in to take a look, knowing a wouldn't buy anything. Not only did I buy one, I got the absolute BEST deal for what I got. Kanton, an awesome salesman at the store, who really took his time with me. He was patient, polite and helpful. He made me feel so comfortable, and made it very clear from the beginning that he wasn't trying to get over on the inexperienced college kid. He showed me what was in my price range, but didn't put a limit on that if I wanted to go bigger. He didn't judge my income nor my financial/socioeconomic status, just guided me through the process. He even made a few mistakes here and there, but still honored his original quote, even throwing in a couple of things to sweeten the deal. So, never I have I ever been to a mattress firm before. Upon entering the establishment, I and my friends were instantly greeted by Kanton (name as unique as his personality), ready to sell us some mattresses. We intentionally came in to just look around, and ask a few questions about the store. He directed us to the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on, and he turned on the message feature which was sealing the deal. He was so knowledgable in his mattresses I would of guessed that he had made them himself. After feeling the comfort, we had to ask the question that has been on everyone's minds, "Why are there so many mattress firms right next to each other?" Steve, brought up the conspiracies, and sadly informed us that they are not true and said that mattress frim had bought out "Sleepys" and that is the reason for so many stores, they are caught in leases. But is that really the case or was it a cover? we may never know, but regardless I would hands down buy one of the money laundering mattresses from either Kanton or Steve. read more

I've drove by this store a few times now and decided to check it out since they had a deal for a queen set for $188. As a college student, this deal seemed well within my budget and I was in the market for a new bed. So, I decided to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Kanton who was an excellent sales associate. He answered any questions I had, helped me put my budget into perspective, and treated me not as a customer, but just like any other person. He was personable and easy to talk to which made my experience there more than exceptional. We had bought a mattress almost 3 years ago and began having issues with it. We procrastinated going to the store to complain and look into the warranty. We have had such bad customer service lately, we figured it would just be the same. I finally went to the store and explained our issues. They no longer carried the particular bed we had purchased and instead of sending us the warranty process they contacted their customer service department. I can't say enough good things about Canton, Scott and Back to Bed. I finally was able to get the Tempur-pedic of my dreams and it wouldn't have happened had it not been for Canton. I was looking on line for a new mattress and Mattress Firm had some very good ones at a reasonable price. I call the store and Bruce Miller answered and we talked about what I was looking at. He was very helpful and I went to the store and bought my mattress`s. They have very good customer service even at this time with the Virus and Social distancing.
