As soon as I walked into the store The first time I felt a good energy. Mr. Tolpee (if I spelled it correctly) is his nickname was exceptional and very honest with his customer service. He provided me with a great deal and insight on the type of mattresss I wanted. At first I was planning on aiming for a cheap mattress but the second visit I went for the sealys firm 13 inch, along with a free adjustable base was the best decision. My husband and daughter was greeted fair. My daughter would not stop saying "by tolpee". Just a good connection especially when buying a mattress. read more

He was very knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion with our questions. He let us take our time narrowing down the beds and never made us feel pressured into buying anything. He wanted my husband and I to make the right decision the first time. He is really passionate about what he does and gave us the best buying experience possible. I went there questioning if I should go to Sleeps or Macys... I went to Sleepys first as I live few blocks away. However Thomas was incredibly helpful, knew everything about mattresses and got me the best mattress for my needs and I didn't even feel the need to go to another place for comparison. He even followed up with me and delivery after the sale and provided 100% customer service additional to his sales knowledge. Thomas is the reason to my 5 star rating. Great employee! Most seamless experience ever.. I literally walked in the store at 10AM when it opened and Jay greeted me and immediately assisted me with my needs. I was uncertain of what I actually needed and he walked me through my options. I walked out 20 mins later a happy customer and received my delivery the next day. We had been shopping around for a mattress for a while and my husband was sold on the sleep number bed. He was however, open to trying beds at mattress firm. So we walked in and were greeted by Jay the manager. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and understanding of our 2yr old, who only wanted to jump on the beds. He offered to have our son take his shoes off and jump or run as much as he wanted. He then began to have us lay on each of the 3 designated beds to get a feel for what we liked most. Throughout the tour and trial, Jay was extremely knowledgeable and understood what our needs were. At the end of our time with Jay we decided on the Sealy tempurpedic hybrid would probably be the best fit for us. We haven't purchased it yet, which is why I am giving 4 stars but I did have to acknowledge what great service Jay has provided for us this evening. Im hoping we make our purchase by the end of this week to really give them 5 stars! read more

i want to give this location 5 stars so badly!! the good: i went in 2x- once to check it out to see what my options were for a very specific bunk bed.. and the second time to make the purchase w. my husband. i encountered two different sales associates during my visits, ronnie and jay (manager). both were great to talk to and neither were pushy or in your face- which i totally appreciated! they answered all of our questions when we were ready and we went out the door paying a little less than what we expected to pay. the mattress- we purchased the sleepy's essentials firm mattress for our daughter and she loves it! the not so good: this particular mattress was supposed to come in a BOX. which was great- since i was planning on picking up the mattress at the store. the idea being that i could just put the box in the back of the car and head home. we waited a week for it to arrive... the store closes at 8pm... 5:45pm rolls around and still no call to pick it up. so i call and was told it arrived a 1/2 hr ago and that it was ready... so i'm already a little peeved that they didn't call me earlier... and since my husband happened to be home, he went to pick it up... and it was a good thing that he did, because guess what- the matrress wasn't in a box!!!!! they gave reasons of why this happened in the store but didn't bother to mention it when i called?! what if i went to pick it up by myself or with my kids and had to strap that sucker onto our svu alone?! so this debacle earned the. 4 stars instead of 5... oh and then there was the miscommunication of being able to order the mattress on a friday morning and still be able to receive it that evening (they get shipments 1x a week on fridays)... we went in first thing friday morning to buy it and was told it had to be ordered by thursday in order for it to be delivered on friday.... hence, the reason we waited a week... we could've paid $100 for next day shipping to our house but thought that was a waste of money... overall, we're very happy with the mattress... but i would recommend to clarify everything before walking out!! read more

The most RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL store manager ever! We went in looking for a mattress and picked one that we liked. We inquired about the price and the store manager offered a small discount since he noted we were interested. We took a few more minutes to look at other ones then went over to his desk and said we wanted to buy the first one. He stated the original price and denied that he ever had mentioned a discount! We were looking at each other in awe and wondering what is wrong with this guy and then he started getting nasty and proceeded to yell at us!!! At that point I was ready to walk out the door, but my daughter really wanted the mattress and pleaded with me to ignore the insulting behavior and just get the deal done and get out of there. I would have never conceded to such rudeness if it were not for her. This store manager needs to learn a thing or two about courtesy and customer service. I will NEVER go back there again. read more
