The Staff:- Jacob and Ken I spent a couple hours in the store on day 1. If your are indecisive, unsure, fussy and picky you will love the customer service. Jacob had a lot of patience and excellent knowledge of every mattress there.. I have bought from this particular store before and frankly, both times customer service was excellent. I returned that afternoon with my husband and met Ken. Ken had indicated that Jacob had filled him in on my visit that morning. To some of you this might not seem important, but it is to me. Communication between the staff makes the customers shopping experience much easier. Ken had a more "business" persona (but still friendly) at first but mellowed after a little while when all knowledge of the 4 different mattresses I was considering was conveyed to my husband. There is a lot of information and these guys know it all! By late evening I purchased the Sealy i-Series Hybrid 3000 medium with the MF300 adjustable bed frame. The next morning, my second-guessing started and I called with my concerns. Jacob, the most friendliest Sleep Expert in the world addressed my concerns and was all too happy for me to come down to the store again and try out the beds. My best friend and I must have spent 3 hours there just sitting or laying on two different mattresses while Jacob conveyed more information on each bed and just offered general between customers. Basically it was a tossup between the i-Series and the BeautyRest Beyond. Thanks to Jacob and his relaxed, no hassle attitude I finally came to the conclusion.. I was sticking with the i-Series. One thing about this store I love. You never feel pushed into buying something and for me if I feel pushed I grow horns and start breathing fire. The Quality:- Years ago I purchased a more traditional bed - a Simmons Beautyrest Classic. Nice, soft, cushy. Like sleeping on a cloud. That bed today is still like we bought it years ago. My husband and I love it. You may ask then why the new Mattress and frame? Because of my terrible indigestion issues, my doctor suggested I sleep with my chest elevated. My best friend being awesome loaned me his bed (icomfort with adjustable frame) to use for around 2 months... It was great. If you suffer from indigestion issues I can tell you this bed really helps. My friend swears by it. He is a Marine Corps veteran with all sorts of neck and back issues. The Delivery:- Very quick, simple and no hassle at all. Friendly! They didn't even dent my walls or break the glass in my picture frames. You think I'm joking? It's happened with another company delivering my desk. The bed now sits in our room waiting to be put through the test of time. I think its up to the challenge though. I have the MF 300 remote in one hand and the TV remote in the other... When the delivery crew delivered our new bed, they hit the wall leading into the bedroom with the frame putting a severe dent in the wall and taking off paint. They apparently contacted someone right away as we received a call from someone at Mattress Firm during the set-up. We were assured it would be taken care of. (it's a new home.) Well, that was well over a 4 months ago and to date nothing has happened, When I call Mattress Firm, they say they are on top of it and then nothing happens. My wife and I went to the store manager who said he was aware of it. He had even sent me a text stating they were sending me a check for the amount we had agreed on. Never received a check. When we inquired, he said his district manager was not responding and that he was out of options. Then on our last visit, he was going to go above to someone higher up. 2 months later, no response. We had spent over $6,000 in the past several years with this store and this is how they treat their customers? It appears obvious they have no concern to the customer other than profits' (which will lead me to write another post, how this transaction came into being in the first place.) All I can say based on my experience so far, the store has been less than reputable, and I will probably just have to pay someone myself to repair their damage. read more

We had an outstanding experience dealing with Jason Evans at the Mattress Firm in Goodyear, AZ. We recently built a new home in Goodyear and ordered a queen size mattress back in August through Jason and Rachel. That experience was so good that we went back in October when we were ready to purchase a king size bed. Mattress was ordered on a Saturday and we had it in our house on Monday. The quality of both mattresses is excellent. I must say that Jason went above and beyond as the initial king mattress that we ordered was found to be out of stock. Jason immediately upgraded us at the same price as he knew we were working in a short window. Mattress arrived two days later as promised. He communicated with us the entire time. Visited the Goodyear store on Tuesday I explained to store manager Dylan that I needed two items and what my budget was. I was out of the store within twenty minutes with a price within my budget and a delivery date for the next day. I threw him a curveball bc I wasn't able to accept delivery the following day. Dylan had told me that he'd be in the store until eight o'clock on that Tuesday when I had made the purchase. I called him and we changed delivery to Thursday. Another great aspect of their customer service is that they offer a two hour delivery window, so you're not having to be home all day. Well, the delivery team just left. They setup the purchases and were out within fifteen minutes. Awesome. read more

Went into Mattress Firm on Sunday afternoon. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my weekend but my mattress was so bad, I had no choice. I met Mario, He showed some mattresses and I made an important discovery that I was sleeping on the wrong type of mattress for my sleeping style. He showed a much softer mattress instead. I felt the tightness go out of my back immediately. The next hurdle was getting financed, or so I thought. Their no credit check payment program put me on a new mattress I would have otherwise had to leave at the store. Thanks to Mario, I'll be sleeping on a new mattress for the first time in a long time. We just purchased 2 serta mechanical bed frames and two mattresses from Mattress Firm. Delivery was done with ease, nice crew. We found the height of new bed too high. We talked to Mario concerning the issue, I just had a second hip replacement and was unable to get in the bed because of the height.
