I came across their website and decided to pay this location a visit. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a delightful gentleman named John. I explained to him what I was looking for and the issues I had with my previous mattress shopping experience and he was happy to help me. Even more impressive was that I showed him the tag from the mattress in my guest room that I really like that was 10+ years old, he was able to tell me all about it and while they don't make them anymore, he was able to tell me about all of the improvements they have made on the current models. They had a large selection of mattresses and John was able to show me the ones he thought I would like based on my preferences, and even explained the differences between the various options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. *Tip* If you sign up for their "Outlet Pass", they'll email you a voucher for an additional discount off of your mattress. Mine was already marked down to a great deal (less than half of what you would pay elsewhere) and they were able to take an additional $100 off. I highly recommend this place and will encourage all of my friends and family to check it out.

I told them to come get the couch and they would not because of covid. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, then Madison Furniture outlet finally agreed to put 150.00 back into my bank account. They called and got my banking information and then never gave me my money back and never contacted me again and will not answer my calls. I hope no one has to go through what I went through. This place is horrible.
