We called them to clean it and the tech brought a little green machine. Which I have. It didn't feel professional at all as I had already cleaned it with my machine prior. Don't buy their plans because they won't give you the service you pay for or protect your furniture. I also bought a dining room table. counter height with 6 chairs. the screws are constantly falling out and some of the wooden parts just completely fell off. We spent a lot of money on these pieces for them not to last. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The store itself is just as impressive. They go to other furniture/ decor places and get their closeouts and sell them here. While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump. My very first brand new furniture I bought when I started adulting was a Sleigh Bed Bedroom Set from Weir's from their Knox location in Dallas. They have been my go-to for my adult life. I am not going to say I have bought every piece of furniture that I own from them, but I will say I have regretted it every time I have not. It's hard to beat old fashioned customer service and a place that puts value in doing business with them. That is why I was saddened to hear they were closing their stores. While I am saddened by it, they have some great sales going on right now. It's a great time to upgrade if you need to!

When we walked in, the gentleman sitting behind the desk didn't acknowledge us at all. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We decided to browse anyway and actually found a couple of pieces we were interested in. After looking around, we walked back up to the front hoping to ask a few questions about the items. The same employee was still sitting at the desk and again made no effort to acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. At that point we decided to leave. Customer service matters, especially when you're shopping for furniture where purchases can be significant. A simple "hello" or "let me know if you have any questions" would have made a big difference and very likely resulted in a sale. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that the owner or manager sees it and addresses it with their team. We were genuinely interested in purchasing a couple of pieces, but the lack of basic customer service made us feel unwelcome. We would be open to giving the store another chance in the future if this is not the standard experience for customers. However, after reading some previous post, I worry that this might be a standard.
