Every piece of furniture is solid wood, beautifully wrought and stained, and completely unique (versus mass produced pressboard which is what you get at most mainstream furniture stores). The owner and his family were for salt and accommodating. They had a wide array of furniture pieces and raw wood which can be tailor made for your home. We ended up buying a repurposed, refinished teak wood dining room table with benches even though we were only meant to be looking today. It's a little pricy but they guarantee what you get for that price, and these are truly pieces of art will last for decades. We walked down to their competitor which also has a nice selection but the character in this store....its just indescribable and can't be replicated.

Wayne Baker is the gentleman who owns and runs the place. I sketched out what I was looking for in terms of the corner tables - Wayne thought he had a couple of tables in that style. Turns out he did - but in the wrong colors and styles. He had one wooden one in a Cherry finish (I'm looking for something in either a Maple, Oak, or Pecan wood/finish). He also had one with a wrought iron base and a stone top - but it also was the wrong style. Wayne advised he would have a larger selection of these style tables come his Spring shipment - so I will check back with him then. While I was there, I found what I at first thought was supposed to be a large emerald jewel - but turns out what it really is - is a Deck Prism. These were used back in sea-faring days of yore to bring light below decks. If this is how Crate & Barrel treats customers during the consultation phase, I can't imagine how much worse it would be once a purchase is involved. Mattress Firm I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I purchased a mattress and scheduled a delivery, only for the delivery team to show up but refuse to bring the product into my home. When I asked why, they claimed there was a "pest infestation" in my home -- a completely baseless and offensive assumption. They refused to provide any evidence or further explanation, leaving me shocked and without the product I paid for. What's worse, it became glaringly obvious that this excuse was being used as a cover for discriminatory behavior. As a person of color, I couldn't help but feel that I was being treated unfairly and differently from other customers. The dismissive attitude and lack of respect from the staff only reinforced this. This was an incredibly upsetting and humiliating experience. Businesses like this should be working to create inclusive and respectful environments, not perpetuating harmful stereotypes and discrimination. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. This store does not deserve your support. read more

Shopping for a mattress is never the highlight of my day but a necessary evil since my current mattress is 12+ years old with the body sag in the middle....ugh I dreaded looking for a new mattress until my experience at Mattress Firm Tysons! From the time I entered the door, this purchase was an extremely pleasant experience. William White and Cory Harris provided customer service extraordinaire!!! Cory was very knowledgeable about the different brands, quality and features of the sea of mattresses...LOL. William knew all of the ins and outs of financing and found a program that works best for my budget. Long story short, I walked away with the best deal for a top of the line mattress and adjustable bed frame. I will definitely tell all of my family and friends to shop at this location and to most assuredly ask for either one of these expert sales representatives. read more

Update to review: we ended up returning our twin beds in exchange for a new King bed and Lori was wonderful as was the company in making sure we were satisfied with the new bed , a good price and excellent delivery service. We strongly stabs by our 5 star review. There are many Mattress Firm stores in our area but we're thrilled we choose this one, in large part because of the Saleswoman named Lori. She was amazingly patient ( I must have visited the place 4 times to try out and get comfortable with our bed choice). She was very responsive, even on her days off ( she kindly gave us her cell so we could call or text) . Once we bought our bed, the delivery service was quick , efficient and gracious. Plus we have 120 days within which to decide if we want to return our mattress. If you visit this store , ask for Lorie. read more

First time buying a mattress and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had been to a few other places where I was either ignored or felt like I was being pushed to leave with a bed, but that was not the case here. I was immediately greeted by Tony. He was very knowledgeable walked me through different types of beds, then walked me through the brands and other options. He stayed within my price range, was very personable and not pushy (unlike other stores I had visited). He also worked with his manager to get me 12 month financing rather than 6 month. He was patient with me and my indecisiveness and within an hour I went home with a new bed! I would highly recommend this Sleepy's. Their 4th of July sale was amazing and they had a wonderful staff. read more

They could not have been better. I walked in after visiting a number of other mattress stores and met this guy Carey Harris( I always ask names) who did not push any one mattress on me. I told him what I wanted, he listened and let me try at least 5 that perfectly fit my description. When found one I really liked and it came to check out or my purchasing the mattress, Corey even went to the manager Roy Bhiatia and helped me get a better deal on not only the mattress but a pillow I also fell in love with. They were really great! I would definitely tell friends to try this place first...the other spots and my online research were a waste of time. read more

I just purchased a queen size bed, box spring and bedframe from this location. My service provided by Will was nothing short of amazing. He was very patient and diligent with me. I ask a lot of questions and he never once rushed me or made me feel like my questions were "stupid". Will displayed detailed knowledge of the products and allowed me to test out as many as I desired. My check out process was fast with no hidden fees. I am very satisfied with my service. I went to this store after visiting several other mattress retailers around the NOVA area. The mattresses in all of the stores are mainly the same, but the undeniable difference in this store is Mr. Roy Bhatia, who greeted me as soon as I walked in and provided amazing customer service from the time I walked in all the way until my purchase. They made me refuse the delivery. They also forgot the pillows that were supposed to be delivered. During the process, they took a piece that connected the two pieces together. 2nd replacement bed delivered. It was missing the piece, was on phone it's management and they said (after minutes of arguing my situation) said I didn't have to refuse bed and part will be coming and replaced tomorrow.
